Am a fast learning person
i am person who loves to work with computer cause i a have to many skills in it.like technical skills and microsoft ms word,excel,power pointer,data base and outlook. i have a good communication and customer relationship in order to grow the sales of the company. crating documentation and preparing financial statement it will be a bigger part of my career i wanna grow within it.
Pros: it will be a great opportunity to get an internship or position that is relevant to my qualification

Excellent for skills development
Smollan Company gives a good insight into the real world. Teaches basic skills from learning the importance of maintaining good relationships with clients, valuing the chain of functionality and adapting to the companies culture. Great exposure to network interns of attending events and meetings.

Excellent sale manager
I'm working five (5)days per week but sometimes if there have ask me to work 6 days I work.my relationship with my co-workers is so good because we work as a team there is no boss.we give the best service than ever.I have learnt that don't use your position when you work with your co-workers.work as a team you will do better things for the campaign.the most challenging aspects of this job is to give the best service of the campaign every time.

Growth and excellent learning experience
Excellent learning experience in terms of how to engage customers, deal with conflicts, patients and communications. Learning curve in terms of how to sell and Close deals with great working hours and great people to work with.

Unfair working environment
They don't value their employees and all, underpay us yet we put in efforts for sales. They don't have transparency with their employees, always come up with nonsensical stories to pay us. Always new developments regarding basic, commission they cheat us wholeheartedly, they eat our hard earned commission money. Our colleagues are nice people to work with period. I've learned not to be used and know your worth

Excellent company
Best company to work for the regional manager was the best,i learned a lot about sales and different people since we were putted on clicks stores it was a bit difficult for staff to accept us but as time goes by they got to know us very well I enjoyed being my own boss the because i know that i have to put my all in order to reach my weekly target

Good learning platform for the retail/fmcg sector
Smollans has made me realize the importance of teamwork to ensure solid business relationships that benefits the business how ever we are also taught to function independently. As a roving merchandiser my daily duties is to liase with my rep and line manager to ensure that the right stock is at the right place at the right time. I monitor all business products and ensure to increase stock pressure of those that prove popular and help increase sales of those that are lagging by doing in store promotions. I merchandise stocks according to the client's expectations and follow a strict call cycle.
Pros: Good platform to learn
Cons: Low remuneration and hard to grow with my speciv division
