The company is a very good company that takes care of their employees.
Work at my current job we rotate shifts, there is a shift 7-4, 8-5 and 9-6. I have a very good relationship with my colleagues and management, we are like a family. This job has taught me to be patient and accuracy. The thing i enjoyed most is the relationship i have with customers, and also a free gym has been a dream. The most challenging aspect of the jobs it has to be feedback from the reps, and customers. As it always comes late, and sometimes its incorrect.

Different challenges
Being a field Sales manager comes with different challenges throughout the day since we deal with different clients and customers some of which they are very difficult good relationships with both staff and management is important since these two can either make or break you I have also learnt to be patient and tolerate different behaviors, the most difficult part of my job is having to talk to a rude manager or customer

Excellent
I would like to improve my career, skills and expand my experience, I have a willingness and capacity to learn .I am working at Smollan Group as a call canter agent for 2 years,also assisting with IT work . I go the extra mile when Agent/s are absent.I really enjoy being a part of a busy team. I work in a fast-paced team environment.The pace of the work actually helped me stay motivated and achieve great success.I work well under pressure individually as well as in a team.

Excellent learning Curve
A typical day would be a huddle session and handing orders and placing orders for stores i get along with my coco workers very well i learnt that one needs to focus on work because some mistakes are honestly not necessary I really enjoy giving good customer service Change in systems needs a bit of adapting and that can be a bit of a challenge

Cons: Growth is not a smooth process, there are some challenges when one trys to move.

Good learning platform for the retail/fmcg sector
Smollans has made me realize the importance of teamwork to ensure solid business relationships that benefits the business how ever we are also taught to function independently. As a roving merchandiser my daily duties is to liase with my rep and line manager to ensure that the right stock is at the right place at the right time. I monitor all business products and ensure to increase stock pressure of those that prove popular and help increase sales of those that are lagging by doing in store promotions. I merchandise stocks according to the client's expectations and follow a strict call cycle.
Pros: Good platform to learn
Cons: Low remuneration and hard to grow with my speciv division

Great learning curve
I learnt that one must know someone to get a prom3amd some one doesn't get opportunities because he or she is not socially familiar with people in charge. In most case one would make a good incentive but will not receive it in full as management make sure they get their cuts first also he salaries are not that great for person who is starting out whet3it is learnership or entry-level

It is a great company but I wish we had more training time
I'm a hard worker who seeks exposure and growth in customer services, for I enjoy working with people and customers. I am quite vibrant and full of life,I ensure perfection in all that I do. I worked very well with my co-workers it was quite a lively environment,I learned a lot from working with Smollan. Selling products was quite a bit challenging but I made sure that I made sales
