Its a good job to start off with and friendly staff indeed
To work for Smollan is great experience as they do not miss a payments and staff is a friendly people , I have work on clicks the most and most of the things now I know it off by heart and I am able to show customer who are not buying my product if I can or please them politely to go to the staff member,I have again knowledge on innovative products and I am now able to help a customer who doesn't know what is he. Buying the most challenging part would be meeting customers who is rude as I am respecting my job and know that customer is always right
Pros: I'd say yes if they had an opening they will tell us
Cons: no its promotions it depends on the activation you are doing

I am a faster learner with excellent communication skills
From the previous company that I was working for, I have learnt alot about punctuality and dicipline working with people, meeting new people all that has been a good experience for me but now i am looking for a new challenge

Excellent working experience,learning curve,dealing with difficult customers
A typical work day for me is to count the stock, merchandise, make sure every section is updated with the latest stock ,handle customer queries, open the store and greet each ,every customer that walks in the store and lastly make sure that every customer is attended and helped accordingly

Great challenging environment
-My day involves creating reports for client on a daily bases -I have learnt how to multitask in terms of working with multiple project and dealing with multiple clients -I enjoy analyzing data and providing valuable insight to clients. I also enjoy providing solutions which will simplify how my colleagues and I carry out our duties -The most challenging aspect is dealing with field staff who are a bit resistant in providing feedback which in-turn affect the feedback report which needs to be sent to client at a given time -I have a good working relationship with my colleagues

Im currently working at Faerie Glen as a merchandiser
I am a merchandiser at Faerie Glen, my duties is to sometimes help the customers in showing the customers exactly where there is an items that they need. Packing items to the shelves.

Data integrity , communication
Out of all the years I've worked as an administrator. I've gained a lot of experience with internal data and company structures. Most of the time I'm interacting and maintaining relationships with Regional Managers, Clients, sales administrators and trouble shootings for field Managers. I'm always keen to learn new, especially with company systems. I've obtained internal certificates. There are times when the internal system is not working, as an administrator you have to capture sales on behalf of the field staff. You need to be able to multitask, focus and prioritize.

A great learning and growth opportunity
It has been a great opportunity as a start. I learned so much about HR that I believe will help me in future. My experience at Smollan has been amazing
