I feel empowered to help the next person whether it is be a colleague or staff member grow into success. I will do everything in my capability to make sure that the company growth with my colleagues, staff as well as me. Any opportunity given is a challenge and learning curve for me and my team I work in.

I've gained a lot of experience in sales, promotions n marketing.

I've gained a lot of experience in sales, marketing and promotions because I open and close deals on a daily whereby I educate shoppers about certain products and give them a lifestyle change. What I love the most about my job is Interacting with customers everyday making them to feel good about themselves and choose durable products to last them a lifetime. My typical day at work involves sorting out stock, making sure that my products are clean and also reaching targets. Challengs: selling a lifestyle change that cost R6000 to a customer who would rather buy non durable and cheaper product.

Pros: Great opportunity to expose myself in different fields n learning about different products as well.
Cons: I work 6 hours a day

Excellent learning curve

The industry has groomed me to become indipendent and responsible. I work under time frames and expected to reach targets under no supervision. I report regularly at the office with positive feedback as I've learned to solve problems on my level and give solutions as feedback.

Pros: I'm self driven and forever eager to learn new things and grow myself.
Cons: Going extra mile is a learning opportunity for me.

Great culture

You need to plan your day a day before so that you can know how you can assist the store owners to grow their business. Have a great relationship with my employees as I have been nominated to on the Woman Leadership Programme. I have learnt to listen before you can take action. My highlight is seeing one of your employees being promoted and you being the one mentoring them. Opportunities for growth are really there and the company does look after their staff in terms of their help.

Cons: Not getting a chance to spend time with your family due to long ours.
