I would like to improve my career, skills and expand my experience, I have a willingness and capacity to learn .I am working at Smollan Group as a call canter agent for 2 years,also assisting with IT work . I go the extra mile when Agent/s are absent.I really enjoy being a part of a busy team. I work in a fast-paced team environment.The pace of the work actually helped me stay motivated and achieve great success.I work well under pressure individually as well as in a team.

The company is a good space to work in. Evetyone is willing to help It has the capacity to help you learn an industry or skills different from from what you are hired to do. There are options to change if one is finding difficulty in the area the work in

Pick up and learn fast

im not working at the moment i just had a baby. and am looking to get back into the market. as it is time now for me to work and be there for my kids from a finacial point i was working till i took time of to get ready for the new baby in the house as plan for the wedding

To multi-task

The reviews Merchandise is the basic, packing right products together with customer service to customers and assists them, good at multi tasking but challenging when the high vulome of customers need my attention or certain department

Work experience

I was responsible for sales and merchandise as a field marketer working in trade., retail sector. We used tablets to capture pricing and competitor advantage related audits. I earned about R5000. 00 per month with extra incentive worth R1200. 00 that was awarded to qualifying candidates.

Excellent learning Curve

A typical day would be a huddle session and handing orders and placing orders for stores i get along with my coco workers very well i learnt that one needs to focus on work because some mistakes are honestly not necessary I really enjoy giving good customer service Change in systems needs a bit of adapting and that can be a bit of a challenge

Pros: many departments to work within
Cons: Growth is not a smooth process, there are some challenges when one trys to move.

Diversity

Working in a company that supports rainbow nations. Our dreams to grow and goals are highly acknowledged. The management team is fully supportive and always there for us, even when it's not work related. We as the field team are working with different individuals on a daily basis, with the training given on customer management, it became an easy job to interact with stores and customers. My colleagues in stores became my family we do not only talk about work, even socials which is in most cases assisting in building and maintaining the relationship.

Cons: Working overtime to ensure customer satisfaction
