Its a great experience

I work to one of the biggest sales and marketing companies in the country ( smollan sales and marketing,) Its a great company with highly skilled employees , its a company with great objectives for its self and its employee, it is a great experience working there , but now its time for a new challenge as Iam serving 7 years now .

Pros: Stable company
Cons: Long hours and unpleasing salary

I need to expand my horizons and take on a new challenge

Ive worked for almost 10yrs at my previous company, I love to challenge myself in the work place my reaching my required targets and accomplishing my desired goals. So am very eager to take on something out of my comfort zone.

Pros: Love working outside of the office, interacting with customers

A good learning experience

It has its ups and downs but I have learned alot from the years I have been there growth is a huge issues in the company which becomes demotivating to employees as we all want to grow but if there is no growth we loss faith in the company and be come demotivated

Excellent for skills development

Smollan Company gives a good insight into the real world. Teaches basic skills from learning the importance of maintaining good relationships with clients, valuing the chain of functionality and adapting to the companies culture. Great exposure to network interns of attending events and meetings.

Cons: Too much work with little renumeration

Reacits a good working invironment but some people are bullies salary scale is very low Reregard the job I do and targets are too steephimaking targets are ng targets

Competitive Good Ethics Respect for employees and employer Build a brand Meeting weekly or monthly target Stock/ product must always be visible on shelf Sales updates Promotions

Pros: Long working hours , employees not recognised ,Relationship with my boss ,he understands how i operate on my territory for me to reach great rests
