Avoid Gossiping.Rather than let the situation carry on, I chose to have a quiet word with this someone so as to find out what her problem was with me and to see if we could put it behind us. I learned that careful communication is vital in managing interpersonal relationships and that if I have a problem with someone it’s always best to talk it over with them rather than with someone else.

Good learning curve

It is an excellent learning curve to get experience. We as staff we work as a team like a family. You get to learn on how to treat a customer ,how to deal with different attitude behavior of a customer.The most challenging aspect of the job is when dealing with favouritism and racism within the company

Pros: if you are the favourite you'll get far and encouragement
Cons: then you work like theres no life after

Training and development

Making sure that the operations of the business are in order,that means checking my raw materials conforming and non-conforming's,taking food temperatures,brand touch point,hygiene and cleanliness of the building and personnel,ordering. Doing production planning to ensure I have the right quantities to run for the day and the rest of the week. Making sure that all the stations have the necessary utensils and equipment to proceed for the day. Ensure that administration,emails,communication to all the stakeholders are attended to Cashiers float,petty cash,cash online is accurately done.

Excellent learning

Good day Sir or Madam My name is David chauke a student of business management a hard worker and a team player and I also have passion for my field of study. The reason why I should be considered for this experiential learning is that am keen to success and to have a more practical knowledge of business management, the most important part is that I want to get my national diploma after completion of this experiential learning, am really keen to have knowledge about the company point of view and to grow along with the company understand the value of the company and to be the best in the company having me as an experiential training learner it will help me to work hard and to show the company my capability.

Learning curve

Working long hours and not being paid accordingly it horrible.what I like is being given an opportunity to learn the back office stuff wich that experience I can take with me though chances of growth are limited .

My six years working experience as a waiter to restaurant senior manager and now Patrao to the nandos family has given me the necessary experience and skills I need to work with any hospitality industry. My ability to work as a team player, communicate with staff members,regulars,guests and dedication to coach and train develop staff members and operating a successful business have all contributed to my success and accomplishments as a senior restaurant manager.

Excellent working curve. Safe and healthy.

It is good company where you learn to deal with customers, grow in businness and learn how to handle situation because sometime you come across angry customers. I have learnt to overcome office stress and conflicts. I know how to take tare my own work station and keep it clean.

Excellent learning curve

I started out as a waiter ,went on to being a take away coordinator, cashier, griller, pepper was recently nominated for a possible management post of which I didn't do well enough on to proceed, I've recently been approached with a proposition to become a supervisor
