Excellent learning curve

Restaurant which is a good environment and good vibe but for money and life balance it too inconvient because you spend more time at work because of the shifts that you working but it good though

Excellent learning curve

Working Nandos its cool I try to cover my needs but its does not wealt it rather its not enough, my relationship with co-workers is great because we on the same mission to cover the company needs. I have learnt that working with people give each other different ideas, what I enjoy most is that we respect each other. The most challenging aspect is that I am alone in my section but I do cover what they want especially when its busy in the store

Good for growing

working my company is good theres pressure like any other working enveroment but which is nothing because most of the time work as team which is of the most important things that managers preacher about ,they always tells us learn all working stations because when its very busy it becomes easy to not feel any pressure .the slogan we emphisis on is together we stand divided we fall.the relationship with the co-workers is very good because that create an atm osphere where you feel safe and comfortable to work .I have learnt many things like how to work when I am alone the shift and also that communication is important especial when you see that you running short of something the better way is to report it. I like it when we make jokes about each other but nothing personal. the challenging part is when its very busy where most people tend to loose it(pressure)because people deal with differently.

Good learning environment great values vibrant brand

brilliant company prices way to high for a changing market tho funky and fun with a sense of family and care detailed training done from hr to ir to ops indepth occupational health and safety etc.. the brand is a trend setter and leader. . .it has an amazing adaptable marketing profile which allows it to be customised to suit almost any demographic the brand has a clear distinguish between company owned stores and franchise stores in the comapny you are just a number in the franchise you have more of and identity and corporate can break the value of integrity to find issues when none exist simply to find stores in breach

Made me strong and face the world in a different angle, one day will open my own business.

Quite busy and no time rest, to enjoy this you need to be dedicated. Good relation ship with the staff and spent most of my time motivating them. Product quality is the major issue in NAndos and are the order of the day, so everything must be accurate so as to pass those audits. You need to be on top of the game all the and know what is happening in all stations all the time and keep regular checks. I learnt how good customer service impact to the success and growth of the business.

Great experience

working with my current company has taught me a lot i have obtained so much as a manager through staff motivation, problem solving, customer service and mostly teaching, coaching, training and giving feedback to my staff it is a great experience but change would even make me more competent and growth is what i need.
