Great working experience

Working with people is challenging as it is why the company take the stuff into courses in order for 1 have the knowledge of how to deal with internal and external customers in a good manner.so the good thing about working with people is 1 learns everyday and the is growth opportunities

Good developing company

Planning,Leading,Controlling,Delegating,Motivating,training,Ordering,packing,cleanliness of company,interact with customers,learned that everyday has its own challenges,dealing with different characters of customers, treat staff with respect,as they are humans too,discipline them in a fair way ,deal with it professionally, enjoying the smooth running of shift without struggling and running out of stock,having customers leaving happily and telling you,they will definitely come back,challenging aspect is working on both Christmas and new year,learned that, if you believe it,you can do it,its always impossible until it's Done, Pride,passion,integrity and family,

Good learning

i would clock at 8 to clean and dust everything in the dinning making sure the sauces are washed and filled,salt and pepper too.clean windows scrub floors,wash dishes and tables and chairs,my relationship with my co-workers was amazing indeed we assisted each other a lot.I learned interpersonal skills,dealing with people.I enjoyed the warmth of customers and lots of tips.the crazy hours and shifts.

Learning fast

I love working with different peoples, because you end up being aware of different thing like moods, moral, language.. As sometimes You'll face tough challenging towards customers and you have to respond/hold professional. I learned a lot from my co workers thing like team work.

Management leadership

while i was working for nando's since 2005 i learn a lot on how to deal with customer needs and complains. Dealing with with different behavior of staff where by you have be trust manager and being mild. We count stock and receive invoices after that we capture it at the back office. We discipline staff according to their behavior and follow the labour rules. I enjoy working with other people and listen their to their knowledge. The most difficulty part its is dealing with customer complains and staff absenteseim. mostly of the time you find customer who complain just for nothing but you have to be fair cause customer comes first.

Pros: yes i was promoted to a senior manager
Cons: yes working a lot of overtime.

Good company to work

it is good to work for Nandos it help me to understand customer service clearly and it give me those exellect managements skills .it about having good communication good computer skills, because in nowdays we use internet most of the time deal with cash drop, voids etc

Pros: the company give the internal employee an oppoturnity to grow within the business
