Quite busy and no time rest, to enjoy this you need to be dedicated. Good relation ship with the staff and spent most of my time motivating them. Product quality is the major issue in NAndos and are the order of the day, so everything must be accurate so as to pass those audits. You need to be on top of the game all the and know what is happening in all stations all the time and keep regular checks. I learnt how good customer service impact to the success and growth of the business.

Great experience

working with my current company has taught me a lot i have obtained so much as a manager through staff motivation, problem solving, customer service and mostly teaching, coaching, training and giving feedback to my staff it is a great experience but change would even make me more competent and growth is what i need.

I've gain experience in management and ability to stand and know what your customers want

I've learned to operation under pressure and be able to manage more than 29 staff members working under my supervision .treating customers as the best all the time. Manage to do staff roaster for more than 39 staff members

Excellent learning curve

Working in a Hospitality environment in the quick service sector is highly demanding. It requires precise planning and always keeping your eye on the ball. As a General Manager you have to be in control of all aspects of the business. On a typical day would be checking all the cash ups and stock. Then moving through the store inspecting the stock, equipment and planning for the day. Ensuring the restaurant is clean and all staff are present and ready to serve our customers. I enjoyed laughing with the team and customers. The most difficult part would be dealing with a problematic staff member, it affects the entire shift.

A GOOD DEVELOPMENT TYPE OF COMPANY FOR THOSE STARTING EMPLOYMENT

IT IS EVERY DAY A NEW DAY AND NEW CHALLENGES AS YOU GET TO MEET NEW PEOPLE EVERY DAY AND ALL COME WITH DIFFERENT FORM OF CHARACTER , WHICH IS GOOD AS IT HELPS YOU BOLD YOUR OWN CHARACTER AND BE THICK SKINNED IN A WAY .

Nandos is good company and it has medical aid that is good,plus bones every year.u must be flex all the time,but is good start and good experience because resturent is too busy

m sharlotte me being at nandos I have learned a lot mostly dealing with customers serving them with couriage my colleagues we r like famaly cZ wespent most of our times together we share everything its very good to be around them I have learned a lot to treat each other with respect to work hard in order to achieve what u want working with passion I enjoy helping the customers making sure that they are happy enjoying their meals the most chalenging part is when its very buzy working under preassure knocking off late at night

Great working experience

Working with people is challenging as it is why the company take the stuff into courses in order for 1 have the knowledge of how to deal with internal and external customers in a good manner.so the good thing about working with people is 1 learns everyday and the is growth opportunities
