I've learned to operation under pressure and be able to manage more than 29 staff members working under my supervision .treating customers as the best all the time. Manage to do staff roaster for more than 39 staff members

Hard worker
Am working as front grill at Nandos and my co-workers are happy about my work done and yah I enjoy working at company also willing to learn more out there with other companies

Growing within the company
I now know how to communicate with people. I know how to makert our products or foods. When theyvtalj about good customer service i know exactly what is needed. Am very good with people. I know how to solve a problem or come up with a solution to any situation. I can handle pressure. I know how to conduct myself in terms of misunderstandings.

Easily learning curve
Am willing to payment. my best level and help the company grow big,I can work overtime without expecting payment At nandos I learnt to work with people cause i was working with people everyday of my life,love to keep in touch with my colleageu and happy to work in team group

Learning fast
I am hard working person who treat other people with respect and able to work under pressure. I like working with people because i learned alot from them. The challenging part is work with unnecessary pressure instead of preparing your things in order to avoid pressure.

Customer service
my job gives me an opportunity to learn and understand different kind of people and how to interact with them and it helped a lot to get out of my comfort zone because now iam able to communicate in a right manner with my collegues and customers.i enjoy working with people a lot hence i spend most of my time laughing and meeting different people but the most challenging thing is an angry customer,but thanks to the company iam working for because now i know how to deal with those type of customers.

Excellent learner
I love working as a admin working. I enjoy being by the computer learner and teaching others new stuff. I love meeting and interacting with different types of people. I give out good customer service. All my co-workers love working with me. My time management skills are great... I have learnt alot from working at Nandos.. It thought me pride, passion, values, and most of all how to work as a team and become a family. I feel if you trust in God you won't go wrong, most of all always have faith and a new door with opportunity will open...

Good learning company

Nandos is a great company to work for. they are very passionate about their employees and if you wanna grow and gain as much experience as possible these is the brand.is all about doing the right thing and live by the values but the most important one is Family which promote togetherness, team work and respect. the use of flat structure management helps the brand big time and giving back to the community is amazing.Empowering our local artist is motivating and creating more job opportunities. Naturing talent is what they drive and caring about they people like paying them well, incentives, bonuses etc and staff meals as well as staff transport for late shifts
