It has been an excellent learning curve
it's nice to work with different people. I am a friendly person and I get well with people, I have learned to be patient and to be able to work in a fast and profient way with my colleagues and customers. I feel like we are being taken for granted at work and our efforts are never appreciated through everything.

It was good working at nandos
I have worked as a cashier ,doing daily check list,take delivery order from the phones , make sure you write the correct address, our relationship was very good cause we normally work as team we treated each other like family,i have learned that customer is always right treat them with respect and value their presence always, you have to treat them equally and respect them , when is busy you must try not to sure customer that you are under pressure and even if they is a delay explain nice to them they would understand

Very hard working person, willing to learn more skills
i very hard person, willing to work under pressure . i have working with nandos for 8years. duties, counting stock, training to staff, make and placing orders, calcualting gross profit, controlling financial records, controlling cash in flaw, recieving and ordering stock, training junior managers.
Pros: it was a great oppotunity indeed

Good communication skills
1.My typical work day: is when i have to solve a customer complaint who is very difficult to understand and shouting at me. 2.My relationship with co-workers: Ever since i joined nando's 2011 i have never experience any source of discomfort when working with someone, every one want to work with me 3.I have learnt to that people come and go in life but only the best will stick with you till the end. 4.I enjoy challenges because they make me strong 5.The most challenging aspects is the Auditors, our procedures keeps on changing all the time, so you have to make sure that every thing is on point when auditors arrived

I enjoyed treat customers very well they even gave me names like shorty help us kinda fun i always respected my work mates i really enjoyed when we worked as a team to produce good work.

Good learning
i would clock at 8 to clean and dust everything in the dinning making sure the sauces are washed and filled,salt and pepper too.clean windows scrub floors,wash dishes and tables and chairs,my relationship with my co-workers was amazing indeed we assisted each other a lot.I learned interpersonal skills,dealing with people.I enjoyed the warmth of customers and lots of tips.the crazy hours and shifts.
