Good

Working as team ,my duties to make we give our clients good service all the time , ordering stock,stock taking,receiving G4S,cashping ,making sure the business run smoothly making targets n budgets. Challenging aspects when you have to deal with a angry customer and you have to make her happy,

Front griller

i am just a front griller, i just prepare chickens for customers and i have learn lot of things , i have learn that dealing with customers everyday is not easy so in order to copy i have to be tolerant with the customers. i have good relationship with my team and also with the customers. the challenging thing at work is when dealing with an angry customer and you don't know how to calm that particular customer.

Great experience

Dealing with costumers each and everyday was not easy at the first but as I love working with people I just consider that it has to with the understanding that working with the different people at the day made me realize am so passionate working with people as I can also handle the pressure of costumer complaints as I have the human inside me.

Pros: Great experience but the salary its too low
Cons: Working hour its not fair as u work even at night

Learning curve

Working long hours and not being paid accordingly it horrible.what I like is being given an opportunity to learn the back office stuff wich that experience I can take with me though chances of growth are limited .

Excellent learning curve.

Its firstly a drive through fast food restaurant combined with an eat in. Emphasis is always on speed of service and then also customer satasfaction. Daily stock takes and other strict standards in an corporate environment. I do however have full freedom in managing as i see fit, the most important part i stock management at Nandos is controlling wastages and ensuring minimal variances.

Pros: Very viby and energetic company.
Cons: Very long working hours.

Good learning experience

I wish the manager can call me again the company was the first thing that makes me realise that I can work and earn a living but my manager hates me I don't know why ithink she can learn to work with young men and let them explore she will see me how good I am with cooking
