Learning curve

-from a graduate trainee to a HOD without manegerial experience. i had to learn people skills on my own my department most disciplined and over looked department. i have excellent relationship with my employees my bosses trust me and my department -i have learnt a lot about people management, planning about plastic how it behaves machine. -i enjoy due to the fact that there are new challenges everyday and i get a thrill or enjoy solving problems . -Challenging is long hour and i hardly sleep to production management and getting the business to focus in the right direction
