An operational organisation in Manufacturing of packaging material

Nampak is extremely operationa with little time left to be strategic. THE WORK IS VERY REPETITIVE AND VERY LITTLE CREATITIVITY IS LEFT. There are too many meetings held in a day

Good learning curve

Highly pressurised with very demanding customers, however very good relationships built up over the years. Easy to get on with co-workers. Most chgwho doesnt know how to treat people with humanity
