Excellent training

I was under good mentorship that moulded my engineering skills to be very sharp. I am a fast leaner, self driven. I was involved in progress improvement, quality improvement, work closely with production personnel to keep the efficiency of the machine above 95%

Pros: Not too much engineering exposure
Cons: No room for growth

Learning, experience for future purposes

Working at nampak was a good platform for me as s student , because now I know how the plant operates and the safety hazards to look out for in the similar work invironmen

Good

Relationships with other worker it was excellent sometime but sometimes bad. A day I work for 8hrs sometime i work more than that as overtime. I was clueless at first but now I understand almost everything about what I was doing. I enjoyed doing things that others can't do.

Innovative engineer

I am currently have a title a junior mech engineer .Working on capexed projects ,new product development, asset care management (planned maintenance and verification) and continuous improvement
