Very good and fast at learning

-We do big job at the company loading and offloading materials. -I have a very good relationship with my co-workers -I have learnt a lot at company all these years -

Pros: As I enjoyed most of the time and as well as a lot I have learnt from the company, it is like my home and enjoyed the job I was doing always and perfectly includes the night shifts.
Cons: just normal hours 7 to 4

Opportunity to progress to new environmen

Its great to work for Nampak Bevcan, the process of can making is interesting A typical work day involves interaction with shop floor personnel to review process performance, meetings with management and technical teams to discuss process and systems improvements I relate well with all levels from the lowest level to management and can comfortable communicate with all levels I have learnt leadership skills and experience, can making process, customer service and relationship building as well as systems implementation, compliance and maintenance I enjoy interacting with production personnel to share improvement ideas, share process trends and brainstorm to find ways to improve our processes. I enjoy interacting with suppliers and customers to ensure compliance to specification and requirements The most challenging aspect is changing the mindset to ensure buy in on systems changes, ensuring everyone is aligned with the business objectives as well as change management

I recently qualified as Mechanical Fitter

I have recently passed Trade Test (Mechanical Fitter) at Olifantsfontein. I have Project Management from University of Cape Town, Level 4 in Fitting and Turning from False Bay College, and Technical Matric with first class pass. I have short-courses in Basic Stock Taking, Auto-Cad 2007, and Computer Studies. I also have Code 10 motor vehicle license and crane license (20ton).
