Hard Working Individual

I'm working 8 hours a day, sometimes I work over weekend when I'm on standby. I believe in team work and together we can do wonders so I try everyday to help my colleagues where I can. I've learnt to respect and try to understand people around me as I realized we are different and we do things differently I cannot expect clients to behave in a same manner. The most challenging part of my job is when I need third party to finish my job because most of the time clients don't understand that, they just want to see things happening.

I have learn to work as a team.

on a normal working day you will plan then someone will come and change your daily schadules then will miss our target,we work as a team and have a good relationship,have learn to work as team ,count on them enjoy working with them.

Excellent communication

I work in an open space office, been working hand-in-hand with the developers and solution architect daily. It is an agile environment thus we all know what each person is currently busy with as we have stand-up meetings everyday at 10:00am. I enjoyed being able to address certain errors arising from the code with the developers, and having them explain the code to me. The people for the work space have different personalities and have different attitudes, I have a bubbly personally which was too much for the very grumpy colleagues. Communicating with them was a challenge at first but then I was ability to accommodate everyone including the grumpy

Excellent

I target oriented, enjoys intetacting with people and travelling. I believe in open communication and ensuring that that tasks are completed on time and believe in open communication with clients, my superiors and subordinates. I am a firm believer of Team work and can fubction well as a tem member

Good learning curve and time to grow

Working at my current company is really nice i love the fat that we have a family support structure. At our company your family comes first and you are also treated as such We work very interdependently but also very close in groups as a team each of us know what to do so that the group can succeeded .

Cons: we dont always folow the proceses and mangment style is poor not to much encourgment

Excellent learning curve

Its a great company which has given me a great work experience and qualification in IT on: • Basic domain add & remove users / shared folders / permissions / printers / email accounts setup and maintenance. • Make sure a company's computer equipment is configured to conform to established guidelines. • Maintains all terminals and peripherals including printers, modems, personal computers and data communications machines. • Responsible for locating and ascertaining the nature of network errors using appropriate software, the computer support technician is in charge of troubleshooting. • Fixes and replaces equipment when it is down. Requires the individual to be the authority on repairing equipment malfunctions and supplying necessary technical support
