Working for my company is more challenging as you are facing different clients with different challenges and thus you have to represent the company and be of 100% helpful & accurate. I enjoy working with a Team even though individually I also excel and enjoying of solving technical queries which is my priority in my daily job

2.Basic Domain Add & Remove users / Shared folders / Permissions / Printers / Email accounts setup and maintenance. Make sure a company's computer equipment is configured to conform to established guidelines. Maintains all terminals and peripherals including printers, modems, personal computers and data communications machines. Responsible for locating and ascertaining the nature of network errors using appropriate software, the computer support technician is in charge of troubleshooting. Fixes and replaces equipment when it is down. Requires the individual to be the authority on repairing equipment malfunctions and supplying necessary technical support.

Pros: My value is worth a company that is valuable.
Cons: Company that treats employees unfair.

Great learning curve

I am a dedicated, observant woman, who believe in hard work, team work and doing my work on time. The relationship i have with my current employers is wonderful we work well, assist each other if one needs help and we learn alot from each other. I have learned to be patient with users and don't take discrimination to my head. After i have assisted a user and he/she was happy with the service i become very happy The most challenging aspect of the job is when you can't resolve the issue.

Excellent Work Enviroment

Working as employee at company had learned good ethnically values at high level of every employee and more dedicated to normal working hours where service level is accomplished as per company requirement.And also learned good communications skills as day to day asset cause 90% of service its Face to face with clients .i mostly enjoyed working with colleagues to share growth to junior so we can excel as a team.Most challenging part in my workplace is dealing with different customers cause we offering service for banking sector.

EXcellent study and working environment

Lean how troubleshooting hardware, network problems solving. Make client happy remotely solving prepaid for the nexst day job and all job must be done for a day. Working good with different groups and working individual too.
