Provide clients with support and technical issue resolution. ●Configure clients’ equipment. ●Configure applications ●Obtain general understanding of Operating system and application operations related to company offered services ●Perform regular updates of application ●Research and learn new software in the market that relates to the organization’s function • Identify and solve various IT related problems like: • Joining computer to a domain • Connecting network and local printer • Connecting 3G connection to a client’s Laptop • Set up profiles to clients on a new computer • Assisting clients remotely • Upgrading, reloading and formatting computers to Windows 10 operating system ●Upgrading applications to their latest version

Excelent learning curve
I do not have the formal qualification for the post,however I do have the experience of 3 years in the role of a quality lead and 6 years on the field of scanning.

Very poor
I love what i do for my company. I have been working for them for 8 years with no bonus. This i understand as i signed up for it, however No increase in 4 years is not acceptable. I would understand this if i could get some funding for studies. I need to provide for my family, but i can't do this when prices are rising and my salary isn't, hence i need a new platform to elevate my potential. Thank you

Excellent experience
Gijima is a very good company where I have accumulated a whole lot of experience working on different accounts. Having worked on many accounts I have learnt many things from applications to servers and the management at this company is excellent.

Excellent learning A plus
I am versatile, energetic and very talented graduate willing acclimatize myself in an organization. I also have the ability to think outside the box and have problem solving and communication skills. I have ample experience in Installing software’s, fixing computers, managing Internet cafes and developing software’s and websites’, configuring networks. I am also helping none profit organization around Tembisa with their computers. I also have valuable experience with System Development Cycle (SDLC), developed Pitas website using it. I am looking for a company that will allow to me to grow, show my technical abilities and talents. Lastly, I also enjoy Maths related problems whether in Programming, Networking or real life.

Great learning centre
Gijima is a nice place to work at. The people here are lovely and kind. I enjoy working with my co-workers. I love this place because it has taught me how to work with people and how to treat other people regardless of their job title. The most challenging aspects of the job is that we are the first Data Science Interns here and they don't have the rightful facilitators for us.

Great learning curve
I am a dedicated, observant woman, who believe in hard work, team work and doing my work on time. The relationship i have with my current employers is wonderful we work well, assist each other if one needs help and we learn alot from each other. I have learned to be patient with users and don't take discrimination to my head. After i have assisted a user and he/she was happy with the service i become very happy The most challenging aspect of the job is when you can't resolve the issue.
