Excellent learning curve

Its a great company which has given me a great work experience and qualification in IT on: • Basic domain add & remove users / shared folders / permissions / printers / email accounts setup and maintenance. • Make sure a company's computer equipment is configured to conform to established guidelines. • Maintains all terminals and peripherals including printers, modems, personal computers and data communications machines. • Responsible for locating and ascertaining the nature of network errors using appropriate software, the computer support technician is in charge of troubleshooting. • Fixes and replaces equipment when it is down. Requires the individual to be the authority on repairing equipment malfunctions and supplying necessary technical support

its a good working environment we treat each other with love and respect. i share a very good working relationship with my co-workers especially my supervisor and manager i like them because they are honesty and straight forward easy to read and understand. i have lean't a great deal of professionalism, respect and time management

As business anayst intern what i gained was documenting end to end functional specifications, test cases, test plans, user acceptance criteria, review previous documentations and making updates, and performing testing. My challenge was during interview session where we were mapping business process i would find it difficult to pull stakeholder back to asubject matter as they got out of topic

Excellent

I have worked with a very dedicated team, a team player we were assisting each other if there us a backlog or one of our colleagues is not at work. Communication is very good., I have gained lot of experience, to liaise with the clients and be able to solve problems by myself, being self confident. I enjoy to keep the client happy and help the clients by all means to sort him/ her with a fault experiencing that time. Some of the clients are so difficult , youbhave to explain in a way that he/she will understand even though he/ she shout at you.

Workday at Gijima.

MA typical workday for me would be to start work at 7am. Check outstanding calls and perform the relevant daily health checks on customers who had a SLA in place. As from 8am the calls from customers and onsite engineers would have to be attended to. 75 to 80% of the day would be spent on handling calls and resolving remotely. Periodically calls would have to be escalated to vendor or 4th line support. It would also be expected of me to compile technical documentation on selected products for distribution to field engineers. Another role expected of me would be to provide training on the products that I take ownership of
