I have CompTia A+ international certificate which i completed it in 2015.
It a small company I like it very much. We get flexible hours from 08:00am to 16:00pm everyday from Monday to Friday. It is such a nice experience so far it has helped me alot. The workplace is secured and very clean, that place gives me smile everyday and I love it. However I would like to go fourth with my career and experience new things in life i have leant that good things come to those who waut and work hard for themselves. The love from other students at Gijima is amazing.we are like a family. The salary is ok as for the learnership R1500 every month but it is not enough.

Regional manager seeking new challenge
My working career has been in Sales and Service. I enjoy this environment as it involves high degrees of customer interaction. I have a very high level of service ethos and that brings about strong customer centricity which eventually leads to retention and growth. I enjoy new challenges and consider myself to be hardworking, honest and always maintaining a positive attitude. I believe in quality and high standards of work at all times and getting into a culture of learning. Why Gijima? I was head hunted to join a company that was on recovery path, out of a 3000 staff restructure. It was a risk but a huge opportunity and challenge. I thrive in my day to day management of my operation from logistics, field services to client relations. I am relocating to Durban and unfortunately there are no available positions in terms of transferring. Given the opportunity I would like to make a difference in your/client's organisation.

Like new challenges
I have a great relationship with my co-workers, I'm a people's person and enjoy working and assisting people. I have learnt a lot at the company in the 15 years that I was employed at Gijima. From call desk, PA for Executive to a Business Administrator. Give support to permanent employees and contractors. Verifying invoices of the contractors for salary payment. It's always a challenge to get all the working hours in the system before costing is running at month end due to employees not capturing their hours.

Customer Experience
It is very interesting to be in a political environment doing support services. I am exposed to various types of customers. (welcoming, difficult and testing customers) With the soft skills training/experience that i have, I know that i have to be absolute neutral and at all means NEVER be bias as that will compromise my career and trust to the customer. Sometimes in Top Management meetings or Council meetings clients do have differents problems in their laptops and gadgets, then come for assistance at once. I have to pose more than a smile to show extreme offerings because it is very difficult to choose who to begin with.

Cons: Dealing with disabled clients. learning brail and sign language in a short notice

Ambitious hard worker willing to work
I capture asset details and also assist in the tracking of devices and uploading accurate data. every day i may encounter several spreadsheets of assets of which to upload into the system and also locate.
Pros: Ive really learnt a great deal about asset admistration
Cons: needed to share a phone to get work done

Hard working, willing to learn, fast leaner,
You must have a good relationship with the people you work. Help where needed. Challenging: will try to do the work untill it is the right way. Ask if you do t understand

It has been great learning curve, I acquired knowldge and skills that i now embedded in me.
The company welcomed me with very warm arms. I worked with the Network Infrastructure team; it is more about creating, supporting and administering network infrastructure for their clients. They are innovative people; they work hard with dedication to their work. Time management goes without saying. They do not compromise, quality over quantity. As an individual, I gained more knowledge and those skills listed above.

IT Growth
I am an observant, ambitious, dedicated and sophisticated young lady who believe in hard work. I have a good relationship with my current co-workers, we work well together and help each other and make sure we all participate in the team. I have learned to be patient with most users and never take criticism to my head. I enjoy working in a good environment and making people happy with my job. The most challenging aspect of this Job, is when you can't figure out what is wrong or what is the issue with the users machine, but with enough research you can win.

Excellent team work
The relationship with my co workers is the best , we work as a team and help each other. I learned a lot on different department.the challenge is when they train you for only few hours for someone ' s job that mybe he/ she going for a leave and you need to fill in immediately

Committed, trustworthy, punctual and am able to fit comfortably in any environment
My previous position as project administrator allowed me the space to explore day to day challenges. A start to a day would be relaxed, thereafter pushed to the limits. Working for an NGO for recovering addicts, I found myself become passionate working with recovering addicts. It made me a strong and tough person, to interact with patients and discuss their personal circumstances. I added value to the organization. I met various people from presidents, business and ordinary people which placed me fairly well in communities. The way forward is to add value to the company using my skills and knowledge. Simultaneously, work is about survival and self rewards.
Pros: Spontanious and committed. Work with a sense of urgency and accuracy. Pay special attension to detail. Workplace is close to where i live
Cons: Hate being late, unable to drive for lengthy hours, being misinformed
