Customer experience and team work

I am really enjoying working with customers, different personalities, I go an extra mile trying to help other team members and customers. Yes, I can say I am a team player and I am also customer orientated, you have to put your customer first and as if he or she is the only one. I believe you need to clearly communicate with your team to be a better one. I have been working for FNB for 15 years and I am happy an satisfied with everything that I have learned from the organization, but I think for me now it's time for a new beginning. Being away from my family is tough, I am trying to find something else closer to my family.

I am interested

 My behavior and conduct are always in association with professionalism.  I enjoy working in a friendly environment and see myself as a good team player.  I am motivated by a good team spirit and appreciate a job well done. I am a self driven Sales person who works well amongst others. I come across well to customers, clients and people in general telephonically and in person. I have a vast experience in telesales and customer service and enjoy making a success of it.. a job well done motivates me. It gives me great pleasure in sharing my knowledge with other people.

Contract ended at SBSA

I am very passionate about testing, I have been doing it for almost 20 years. I am looking for a new challenge as I feel I am stagnating in my current position. I work closely with the development team, the PM's and the BA's to ensure quality work is delivered.

Pros: New challenges
Cons: Sometimes I get bored. and the tax at bonus time makes the bonus not worth the work we do.

Its an ok company nothing exciting

Great learning experience

I have been a part of the first rand group for almost two years now and I must say that, there has never been a dull moment. But there comes a time when one has to leave their comfort zone and spread their wings to explore other opportunities and that time has come for me. I am seeking for an opportunity to put my knowledge of corporate finance and portfolio management into practice while learning and acquiring new skills. I strongly believe that, this graduate opportunity will offer me exactly that and more. I am eager to learn and I am prepared to be tested beyond my comfort zone. I enjoy a challenge and healthy competition; as these always help me to get better at what I do.

Excellent learning curve

Fulfillment on accounts. Creating and maintaining customer profiles. Verification and collection of company documents and mandates. Following up on outstanding documents and conducting compliance checks.

Pros: Learning about different entities and requirements. Learning different systems. Large,recognised company.
Cons: Working weekends, no consistency. No processes

Have 20 years of banking experiences All rounder Becoming a Team leader after a year employed by FNB then in 6 months was offered to become the Team leader in the Finance team.

• 6+ years of experience in manual testing. • Profile includes requirement analysis, design, generation and execution of test cases for web applications, desktop applications, Phone applications and Point of sale applications. • Having very good knowledge on financial and government sector. • Core areas of skills include reviewing system requirements, test planning and test execution, test estimations, system and regression testing. • Involved in pre-release testing. • Participated in test plan design. • Has experience in web application installation and configuration on web server and is able to maintain the applications on different port addresses. • Experience in conducting test case reviews. • In charge of Change requests. • Involved in preparation of various documents like bug status reports. • A good team player with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and an ability to work in challenging work products.
