Good learning more about fica in the company
-Its a place that one would find be skilled,as we never get to do one thing daily -getting it easy as i'm a team player and helping out when its needed. -i have learnt a lot to understand products and type of entity's i'm dealing with and whats required for me to get it right. -i enjoy dealing with clients and making them happy all the time. -I wouldn't say i find it challenging i'm always willing to learn and get to know more about my job requirement.
Pros: i'm still on contract
Cons: i can manage long hours as i would be working overtime and weekends

Excellent leadership skills, excellent systems knowlwdge of banking
a typical day at work would be to priorities my daily duties at start of business. my relationship with my co-workers is that of an open door policy, knowledge sharing, the go to person and treating everyone like they matter and contribute to the business. i have learnt on how to manage and deal with conflicting situations as well as leading a diverse team of consultants. i have learnt that showing interest in the growth of people with in the business is a contributing factor to the success of the team and the business. i
Pros: the on great pro is seeing a consultnat grow into a position that they worked for. i have gained a lot of banking experience and knowledge. i am flexible and adaptable to any environment.
Cons: i was required to work till 6 and 1 saturday a month.

Administrative Manager
I love to working with people who are motivated, dedicated and work as a team. I believe that one should enjoy the working environment because this is where we spend most of our time, it means that we have to perform in order for the company to grow. I have learnt to deal with different personalities. I like organisations and believe in completing daily task. The most challenging is making sure that deadlines are met and the work is done correct the first time. Team work plays an important role because I believe that if we understand the goals of the company and what it means all challenges becomes easier.

Hard word,ability to work under pressure and quick learner
Working at fnb its great opportunity to me because I have learn so money things ,when I started working there I had no work experience but they believe in me and welcome me to their company.Fnb its very busy bank ,every day we meet with different customers and making sure we deliver a very good service to our customers .Working with my colleague its nice,they are a bunch of good people, we work as a team ,the challenge am facing is to make sure I make my target every month ,I give the customers a good service very day
Pros: When you make your target, you get rewarded by vouchers and your commission
Cons: We open from 8:30 to 17:00,then Saturday 8:30 to 13:00

Assist on operating switchboard and taking incoming calls; Receiving and screening of calls; Relay Message timeously to appropriate people and follow up when necessary; interact with clients and staff in professional manner; dairy management; schedule and manage internal and external meetings; appointment reminder; and organising office functions, etc. Able to communicate effectively at all levels; Peoples person, Team player, delegating responsibility and contribute to successes. I’ve learned a lot form my current role, but now I'm looking for a new challenge, opportunity to broaden my horizons to gain a new skill-set, all of which I see the potential for in this job. I always enjoy a challenge and neither to achieve my goals as nothing comes to you handed on a plate. I have learned and gained a lot
I have gained a lot of experience in different departments, I have been awarded best employee ofbthe month severally, and have wonnan award for best service and sales consultant in gsutemg,have been invited to have dinner with the CEO of branch banking, and fraud buster in foreign exchange for R698000.00

My 20 yr experience salary is the same someone with 4 years.
Working here is difficult. Our manager who does not stand up for us. There is a lot of favouritism and obviously, I work with youngsters who think because they have a certificate, they know everything. I've learnt nothing, I miss the days when what you did meant something.
