I learn something new everyday as we deal with several projects and work in an agile environment where you need to deliver pieces of usable chunks of work. testing is fun as I get to know how software works, how it should work and the reasons behind and being a part of that is awesome.
Pros: the benefits of working in this company, it has been rated one of the most innovative companies because it does not follow trends but check what would be most convenient to a customer, how to improve customer experience, which makes it exciting,
Cons: the working times are unpredictable, in the current department, we are work driven not time driven.

Excellent learning curve
I start working from 7 to 4. We are a canteen at FNB in Sandton and we cater to +/- 800 pax per day. We also do functions within the company I lead a team of 25 staff, consisting of chefs, cashiers, store man and cleaners. I have a wonderful relationship with my team, we understand each other and most importantly we understand what is needed from us in order to create an atmosphere that is conducive to learning. I enjoy mostly function sector of my job, I love planning an event, seeing it from beginning to end, and most importantly a happy customer. nothing beats that feeling. The challenging aspects of the job are when suppliers sometimes delay orders which have an impact on service itself.

Cons: 9 hoursProblems that are beyond your control, but you have to answer for them with the customers

Customer Service experience
My job involved working with people on a daily basis, working in teams and face to face interaction with customers. I have learned that customer service is the foundation of a business to succeed. My working environment was competitive and challenging in terms of reaching monthly targets. I mostly enjoyed our morning meeting discussing the daily planning to improve our output to customers.

Good platform to teach one the ability to work under preasure
We work in teams where team work is the order of the day. the kind of work we are doing require much us to be diligent and alert since we working with finance. what I enjoy most is to feel that am adding value. challenges is sometimes we work long hours especially on month ends

Good learning more about fica in the company
-Its a place that one would find be skilled,as we never get to do one thing daily -getting it easy as i'm a team player and helping out when its needed. -i have learnt a lot to understand products and type of entity's i'm dealing with and whats required for me to get it right. -i enjoy dealing with clients and making them happy all the time. -I wouldn't say i find it challenging i'm always willing to learn and get to know more about my job requirement.
Pros: i'm still on contract
Cons: i can manage long hours as i would be working overtime and weekends

Excellent learning curve
I have learned to deal with different client and how to deal with difficult client.I had a very good relationship with my collegues.My experience have been with customer service industry for 3years.
Pros: There was lots of opportunities to grow as a person and get promotions
Cons: Working hours was long but it was nithing i could not handle.

Learned a lot of skills that I would like to utilise in Hospitality industry
Learned a great deal and would like to work for other industries- Hospitality. I enjoy working with people, as I learn a thing or two every day. My objective is to ensure that all projects undertaken are completed with accuracy and commitment to the principles of good governance. I continuously strive for quality output together with repeated and consistent delivery. In addition to my ability to work independently as well as part of a team, I endeavour to perform to the best of my ability at whatever task I am assigned. I offer effective problem-solving skills and the ability to manage high pressure situations. My skills include financial reporting, accounting, auditing and financial management. In addition to the ability to pay attention to detail, I provide a dedication to continuous learning and improvement. I am able to adapt to changing situations, whilst effectively preparing reports, and attending to audit queries from clients.

Good experience
Am an easy person to work with, someone who is always willing to learn and share information with colleagues a team player . I make sure I meet all the target set for me and perform to my level best at all times.
