We in Fnb work like a family well ,perform very good under pressure. In Fnb you never stop learning , but I make it my mission to keep up witb the day to day changes that happen in tbe company. As an employee I personally love the interaction with the clients . Really makes me happy to see a happy client. The most difficult aspect I would say is working with people that have a language barrier and that makes it difficult for me to assist,

Its an ok company nothing exciting

More calls you make more chances of making sales
I arrive at seven to prepare for the day send all clients application forms, print all submitted applications send them to the credit department. 8:00 start calling all home loan clients 10:00 call all cheque, credit card, over draft, personal loans 14:30 I take lunch because I have reached my daily target. 15:30 its knock off time I start working overtime until 19:00. Help team mates who fall behind with sales calls and QA measures. Being the best I can be to every clients has helped me to grow in confidens

Play to my strengths
I perceive myself to be a person who is self-confident and reliable. I set goals and try to the best of my ability to achieve them. I always strive for success. I work well in a team to accomplish any task. I’ m a team player, patient, perseverant, loyal and hardworking and will be an asset to any company. I’m willing to walk the extra mile to meet deadlines and achieve goals. I have very strong organisational skills and the ability to learn new procedures in a very short space of time. I have been arranging events over the last 12 years and arranged/ coordinated/ managed approximately 125 functions to date.

I have learned and gained a lot
I have gained a lot of experience in different departments, I have been awarded best employee ofbthe month severally, and have wonnan award for best service and sales consultant in gsutemg,have been invited to have dinner with the CEO of branch banking, and fraud buster in foreign exchange for R698000.00

I'm an energetic, a great communicator, driven and extremely passionate about particular job I do and I'm inspired to make a positive difference in the industry. I am dedicated in building long term relationships, more than just as another employer dealing with a career. Contract ended at SBSA
I am very passionate about testing, I have been doing it for almost 20 years. I am looking for a new challenge as I feel I am stagnating in my current position. I work closely with the development team, the PM's and the BA's to ensure quality work is delivered.
Pros: New challenges
Cons: Sometimes I get bored. and the tax at bonus time makes the bonus not worth the work we do.

A wonderful learning experience.
Working hours are very long and working the nightshift makes it that more grueling. There is no time for family or friends. Have no social life. Work colleagues are fun to be with. The working environment is very structured and quite stressful. The learning opportunities are vast and easily accessible. Room for growth is a bit limited yet achievable. Overall a very exciting and educating experience. One that will not be forgotten.
Pros: Gaining experience in the financial sector.
