Good at working under pressure

working for fnb was great but it was tough in the cash centre department,there was always alot of procedures to follow and we followed them as best we could.i had and still have relationships with co-workers we were like a family.I have learnt how to communicate with others and balancing amongst other skills.I most enjoyed seeing my co-workers,laughing,having fun but knew when it was time to work.The most challenging aspect was balancing at the end of the day ecspecially when working in a group

Personal Assistant

deal with most situations, maintain high standard of work under pressurized conditions. I'm also very intuitive and can juggle lots of different task, ability to tackle tasks in an excellent organized, methodical manner. Ability to use description and dealing with sensitive information in confidential and professional manner Easily adaptable to change, flexible to handle tasks other than normal work. Able to communicate effectively at all levels; Peoples person Comfortable with working independently or in a team, supervising and or leading Strong negotiation and Presentation skills, Team player, delegating responsibility and contribute to successes Prepare to further my studies I am very interested in people and their behaviour and high quality administration and would like to pursue a career in this area.

Excellent learning curve

I loved working at FNB, I was hands on when it came to customer service even today customers still want me to go back sadly my contract was only 3 months but I made my mark and I am looking forward to sharing my experience in the future difference company and I will leave my mark there also for sure.

Professional

 My behavior and conduct are always in association with professionalism.  I enjoy working in a friendly environment and see myself as a good team player.  I am motivated by a good team spirit and appreciate a job well done. I am a self driven Sales person who works well amongst others. I come across well to customers, clients and people in general telephonically and in person. I have a vast experience in telesales and customer service and enjoy making a success of it.. a job well done motivates me. It gives me great pleasure in sharing my knowledge with other people.

Gaining experience everyday

I enjoy the knowledge that I gain everyday with the position that Iam doing, I enjoy seing a customer happy with my customer service and I love helphing my employees and customers. Most challenging aspect is a complain client with a particular job that she was assisted else were and painting every consultant in a bad way. Maintaining a relationship with the client it is challenging.

With my 16 years facilities experience and my electrical engineering educational back ground

I am team work I notice two hands are better than one hand, enjoy most working with hands be involve physical, I have learnt that I spend most of my time hire at work so my co worker is like my family and when we have conflict we have to resolve it before the end of the business. The most challenging aspects of the job is working on heights because of my Wight but I am working on it by doing some road running every day,

I like working here at FNB but its been a while working for fnb ithink its high time I get something permanent .I like working here because you learn everday and we not working weekend even our hours are fine but temping its nt an option now hence am applying for another job

What Inspires me

I'm inspired to make a positive difference in the industry. I am dedicated in building long term relationships, more than just as another employer dealing with a career. I'm very organised, I don't get stressed to easily and I can deal with most situations, maintain high standard of work under pressurized conditions. I'm also very intuitive and can juggle lots of different task, ability to tackle tasks in an excellent organized, methodical manner. I have learned and gained a lot

I have gained a lot of experience in different departments, I have been awarded best employee ofbthe month severally, and have wonnan award for best service and sales consultant in gsutemg,have been invited to have dinner with the CEO of branch banking, and fraud buster in foreign exchange for R698000.00

Pros: Working towards a common goal, and achieving the goal
Cons: Month end is always the busy and we work harder,and compromise our lunch hours
