Learning Everyday
Assist on operating switchboard and taking incoming calls; Receiving and screening of calls; Relay Message timeously to appropriate people and follow up when necessary; interact with clients and staff in professional manner; dairy management; schedule and manage internal and external meetings; appointment reminder; anticipate requirement in diary for task other than meetings. We have a good relationship with my co-workers, we are like a one big family, we assist each other mostly with business. I learned a lot from my current employer like financial products, good customer service, assisting the financial planner, company system, organising fuctions for my colleagues, etc. I enjoy doing my work, enjoy meeting new people everyday, enjoy helping client with their financial needs. Ensure customer needs and expectations are understood Deal with customer complaints and finding ways to resolve them Build and maintain enduring and rewarding relationships with clients

FNB and I ............its time to go our separate ways
* Dealing with staff and customers * Meeting sales targets and service complaints * Networking with fellow branch managers to tap into their strengths * Learnt to multitask and how to cope under pressure * I enjoy staff training & development * Long hours, working 7 days a week has taken it toll on my health * Need a change in environment to add value elsewhere * To share my learnings, knowledge and experience for the benefit of others

With my 16 years facilities experience and my electrical engineering educational back ground
I am team work I notice two hands are better than one hand, enjoy most working with hands be involve physical, I have learnt that I spend most of my time hire at work so my co worker is like my family and when we have conflict we have to resolve it before the end of the business. The most challenging aspects of the job is working on heights because of my Wight but I am working on it by doing some road running every day, by applying my experience which I have from working at difference company.

Multi skill
everybody multi-task as we cant have in the office. I authorise for the tellers and frontline sales consultants. and i have learnt you need to understand and relate to people and their cultures. and we also assist when our line manager (operational manager) is on leave, we have to do her task. one thing that can be challanging is that even if you have a bad day, u need to be professional at all times

Good learning curve
Work is hectic at the branch ,my coworkers are nice people to work with. I have learnt a lot from each individual they personality that not all of us are the same and we should learn to accommodate each other so that a days work can go forward and working at fnb for this years have toughened me up a bit as I was so soft I can handle the stuff if they haven't brought my work forward and customers used to intimidate me so much but I have developed a thick skin . I love dealing with customers making things right for them giving them the great service they come to the bank for ,I love the risk part of the bank working with money and checking consultants work is intriguing making sure that profiles have correct documents and again when we clearing money we have to make sure that the teller has given the correct amount and compare it to the system . what is most challenging is that at the end of the day you have to be super human and do five jobs at a time and you expected to be done by the end of the day .

Lovely company to Work for
the company i work for is a lovely company there are kind people who are willing to help you reach your goals and become better especially with studying. however the company employees especially Management do not always have the time to coach you or guide you they ignore your emails and they never give any feedback for interviews only certain people do so in my opinion its not the company its the people who are not reliable and disappointing especially knowing that i'm an honest dedicated person and want to do so much to better the company in the fields i enjoy most but never given the opportunity.

Excellent
good planning and organizational skills, planning and excellent diary management. Meeting schedule and booking of venues and ordering of refreshment. minute taking and distribution. customer liaison and attention to technical and maintenance report. Report writing and distribution. My relationship with my co-workers is good is good as we work as a team. I have learned to be focused and to be more proactive. and work together with my colleagues for the best interest of the company
