My Review is fine m actually not sure what should I write in my review.Review ofwhat?must I review the kyc position or what?Working at FNB as a KYC Administrator is very interesting and its very broad.I learnt a lot we doing FICA complaince of the business accounts .We working good hours if you go for overtime u get paid those extra hours that you worked..but now I need a permant job

Data extraction T-Sequel Data Analysis Data Integrity The environment is good and friendly. Its not always busy except on month end. I enjoy the work and culture. The most challenging aspect is growth . I do not know where to start. I do not have a mentor.

Sales cosultant for 2 years, cashier for 3 months and clearner till current.
my first job was at shoprite as cashier,absa as a sales consultant& fnb as a sales consultant. i was doing face to face ,scanning, emailing, copping and telephone calls, i had a strong relationship with my colleagues, i learn t to teat customers fair, to take responsibility of my work and intergreat. what i enjoyed the most is to work on the system, communicate with people and to go out to look for people in different place like business park, industrial s and the malls. now i'm working as a casual cleaner at bid vest making coffee cleaning the floor with chemicals and also using cleaning machine.

With my 16 years facilities experience and my electrical engineering educational back ground
I am team work I notice two hands are better than one hand, enjoy most working with hands be involve physical, I have learnt that I spend most of my time hire at work so my co worker is like my family and when we have conflict we have to resolve it before the end of the business. The most challenging aspects of the job is working on heights because of my Wight but I am working on it by doing some road running every day, by applying my experience which I have from working at difference company.

Learning Everyday

We have a good relationship with my co-workers, we are like a one big family, we assist each other mostly with business. I learned a lot from my current employer like financial products, good customer service, assisting the financial planner, company system, organising fuctions for my colleagues, etc. I enjoy doing my work, enjoy meeting new people everyday, enjoy helping client with their financial needs. Ensure customer needs and expectations are understood Deal with customer complaints and finding ways to resolve them Build and maintain enduring and rewarding relationships with clients
