Filling Working on Microsoft systems i have learned a lot within health and safety the is no growth in the department i'm in training can only be related to ones job i enjoy being part of health and safety reps team because it what i qualified in.

Great company, wonderful environment. Not as much recognition as one would like. Not much growth opportunities within the client services environment Salary below par and increases per promotion are minimal. Medical aid not subsidized

A good company to work for but not flexible when it comes to errors or mistakes. They ar aiming to be the best and they don't care who gets hurt on the way to the top

A new aspect of being in a Financial Service
On a daily basis I speak with different people and learn a lot. I enjoy the challenge it brings of being accurate and efficient at the same time.We learn from each other and always have to think on your feet.

I have gained a lot of experience and taught me how to be flexible.
a very fast paced company which helps you in achieving what you want and the relationships with co-workers is great and all understands what needs to happen. the most challenging aspect of the job is that things changes fast and projects are different where it leads you to be fast and be able to adapt to changes quickly.

Growth is Essential
I have a bubbly personality and able to work extremely well with people no matter the age, gender, race or title. I have good relations with All Colleague's. My work is not dependant on the team to get done but I work well within a team. The working envronment is not micromanaged but the work gets done accurately and timeously. I enjoy being able to be of assistence to the next person with the understanding I don't only represent myself but the brand too.
Pros: Enough room to grow

Learning in a dynamic company
I have learnt alot being in a team leader position. I lead others through coaching and performance. I am a self driven person that is willing to go the extra mile for the company. The team that I have lead is a dynamic and outgoing team with different personalities and skills.

Excellent communication skills
Working at Discovery opened up my mind set in the client service industry. I'm good at assisting others, and I'm also very hard working. I love working in a team aswell as assisting team members where ever I can.

Fast learner
I am good at team work, able to consider and analyse different opinions and take lead when necessarily. I am good at persuading others by creating a relationship based on mutual trust and understanding. I believe that working in a challenging environment as yours will provide an excellent opportunity for me to best utilize my skill while contributing to the company. I believe in confident that I would make an outstanding addition to your team. I have always strive to be my best and always topped own expectation. Great experience
Team oriented. Goal driven. We have a good strong relationship with our team leaders. We get incentives everymoth. We do get challenges such as having overflow of calls then we would work over time to meet deadline.
Pros: hard worker. fast learner. good with numbers
