Excellent Cleint Care Experience

A typical day at work starts off by taking escalations from the call centre and then doing service recoveries. Customer service skills are drilled to the core as a client relationship manager. We work well as a team and try as best as we can to teach each other and help each other as best as we can.I have learnt how to handle irate members and that has taught me excellent communication skills. I enjoy the feeling I get when I have assisted a member and they are happy. Having to deal with people's health and their money can be very challenging because it can come with a lot of responsibility.

Extensive customer service experience gained

I currently work for one of the best customer service customer companies.I have not only gained experience but I have learned so much about how to treat clients and going an extra mile.It feels so fulfilled after making a difference on each and every client knowing I have saved lives.

Pros: Great Company to work for and offers growth.
Cons: We do not close in December and also is difficult to get leave during the year.

Great experience

Team orientated and friendly and welcoming environment.wonderful experience. We get incentive everymonth and we have good strong relationship with our teamleaders. We do get challenges of overflow however we always manage to Meet deadline..

Pros: hard worker. fast learner. good with numbers
Cons: sense of urgency.

Excellent Team players

Hi I am currently working as discovery on bankmed medical scheme and its a great initiative,but the duties are increasing on a daily basis without prior notice that we will be doing more work and we have to do most work in our own time I enjoy my co workers very great team. I have Learned a lot about medical aids. I enjoy the experience in the Medical Aid industry.

Excellent learning curve

All that i know, i have learnt through my work with Discovery Health. It has equipped me with many relevant skills and is the reason i have a professional work ethic. Any company would be happy with the hard work that i am capable of.

A new aspect of being in a Financial Service

On a daily basis I speak with different people and learn a lot. I enjoy the challenge it brings of being accurate and efficient at the same time.We learn from each other and always have to think on your feet.

Great People

The company i work for has a great work ethic. Their purpose includes protecting and enhancing lives. We are liberated as employees to achieve our best. We take calls for members who have medical memberships with Discovery. We assist them with claims, financial queries and day to day queries on any other changes on their policies. We are lead by great people. But sometimes due to influx of calls we work long hours. Nothing that we can not handle but it does require dedicated staff.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Call volumes
