Ecellent room for growth and use my analytical skills in the new role
Work with The genesys application I support telephone queries in my current Role, Its analytical and fixes are not always straight from the book our application is always up to date and when something breaks we are Liaise with the Developers by provide accurate information of where the problem is. good relationship with my colleagues we have fun days and strive to be the best. I enjoy solving all the queries that come to me on a regular basis and they give me enthusiasms to find more workarounds to problems.I remote to uses computers and assist promptly all is done remotely I assist UK , And South Africa all regions Durban, PE,Cape Town and Pretoria.

Excellent people skills and multitasking with great experience
I am highly motivated and a organised individual and have great experience in 0848836478 administration and PA/Secretarial duties. I am accustomed to working in a high-pressure environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential. I am responsible for ingoing and outgoing communications, and attending to all other administrative needs. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, maturity, respect, loyalty, confidentiality and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. I pride myself on my ability to deal with pressure and multi-task with a positive and flexible attitude.

Excellent company that take care of its employee when needed
My company ia a great company and during the years I have been there, I have grown in my career. Interacting with new clients and servicing my clients in my books, taught me so much about life. I'm a team player, so my work becomes easy as I have a excellent relationship with my Co workers. I enjoy making a difference is people lives by what I'm selling to them each day.

Good learning curve
Discovery is a great company to work for hence we all need growth in life and of course greenapastures. my co-workers are great people to work with and we get along just fine. i have learnt so many things over the years i`ve worked for Discovery because i sometimes do PA`s work so i could learn more about the company products and to familiarise myself on other things that Discovery has to offer. what i enjoy the most is that everybody minds their own business and do what they get paid and going out for lunches with collegues.
Pros: i would say there are greater chances for promotions if qualify and meet the requirements

Good work environment, encourages growth from its employees
My typical work day would be go in check emails - log in and take calls or finish query's from the day before . My co-workers were very supportive and always ready to listen or offer a helping hand I learnt to be more articulate , express myself in a professional manner I also learnt to multitask and solve problem . I enjoyed making clients that called in happy - being able to solve thier queries was the best part Most challenging was not being able to understand what some members want or dealing with irate members

Great opportunities to grow internally, innovative products, wellness rewards program
Working on multiple projects in day. Managing escalations and reaching daily goals on projects. Meeting and engaging with various stakeholders within the business and externally to ensure project implementation is executed according to business demands. My relationship with co-workers are purely professional and we know how to bridge the gap between personal life vs work life. There is a lack of accountability and drive amongst peers. I enjoy identifying challenges and solutions on a daily basis and trying to resolve challenges and share solutions. Challenging aspects are working with individuals that have little or no drive, no integrity and are not willing to engage in the projects.

Always an opportunity to learn and grow
Working at Discovery for the past 5 years has taught me patience, resilience, exceptional customer service and working hard to achieve your goals both personally and professionally. I work a 7 to 15:30 shift and its non stop servicing of clients, making sure you go the extra mile and resolve their queries. I enjoy working with people and love interacting with them. It often gets so busy that you forget to take a minute or 2 just to have a polite conversation with your colleagues. We all have an understanding and work hard at reaching our targets. The most challenging part of my job is not being able to take a full lunch break even though we're supposed it. Theres just not enough time in the day to do so.

Life at Discovery
My days at Discovery is generally very busy. I get along with everyone at the company but never do favours. I always stick to the processes. In the six years that I have been working at Discovery I have learnt that you always have to expect the worst and everyday is different, there is always good days and bad days. But that is my challenge this is what I look forward to everyday.

- customer relations - previous jobs was part of admin and engineering and hands on. - admin and able to give instruction to subordinates and state what is needed and when - target driven and also - senior consultant be able to give advice and act as manager

Good communication skills
