Innovative Company

Great co-worker relationships, always someone to assist. Long working hours. Performance should always be exceptional. You will learn a lot about customer service - what to give and what to expect. Practical application of private healthcare funding legislation

Pros: good exposure to managed care environment, very innovative and forward thinking company
Cons: long working hours, continuously high pressure environment, process driven, changes often implemented without much consultation.

Excellent learning curve

Nice and friendly co-workers always supportive. Learnt how to become independent and learning on the fly. Great canteen You need to work hard and long hours.

Excellent in Completing task at hand

I am focus, client oriented. When I have a task I always give it 110% of my focus. I am fast and willing learner, always on the urge to learn new skills.

Amazing company but I needed a change

I learned a lot during my time at Discovery Health. Especially that the only constant is change. There is a culture of urgency and understanding of the client experience which made me proud to be employed by this company. In recent years there has been a shift in the culture amongst staff and I found that the vision currently held doesn't match mine anymore. Thus my application to broaden my horizons and impart my experience and want to learn in a new position.

Hard worker

A world class company and colleagues

A great environment to work in, flexible hours and relaxed yet productive centre with great people all round except a few individuals who weed themselves out eventually. Challenges are users who do not know how to express their queries resort to screaming.
