Filling Working on Microsoft systems i have learned a lot within health and safety the is no growth in the department i'm in training can only be related to ones job i enjoy being part of health and safety reps team because it what i qualified in.

Actioning of queries logged by call Centre within a predefined SLA • Management of all back office/administration pools. • Written correspondence to members where applicable • Liase with internal and external clients to ensure resolution of queries • Escalation of queries where necessary • Monitoring of own work out puts to ensure targets and quality levels are maintained • Assist and support consultants on business rule and process changes. • Maintenance and update of VitalityAdmin processes • Day to day admin queries • Handling of all telephonic and email queries – both internal and external within defined SLA’s • Compilation and maintenance of spreadsheets and reports • Data capturing

Excellent people skills and multitasking with great experience
I am highly motivated and a organised individual and have great experience in 0848836478 administration and PA/Secretarial duties. I am accustomed to working in a high-pressure environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential. I am responsible for ingoing and outgoing communications, and attending to all other administrative needs. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, maturity, respect, loyalty, confidentiality and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. I pride myself on my ability to deal with pressure and multi-task with a positive and flexible attitude.

Learning in a dynamic company
Whilst working at Discovery i have learnt so much. I have gained the knowledge to lead a tean of 15 consultants and improving their performance. I have also learnt that not everyone is the same and that each individual is needed to be coached differently. discovery is a fast pasted company that is innovatetive. Because of that I have become more innovatative and time managed. I meet every deadline no matter how many extra hour I put in. This does become difficult at times but rewarding knowing I have met the requirement on time.

Great People
The company i work for has a great work ethic. Their purpose includes protecting and enhancing lives. We are liberated as employees to achieve our best. We take calls for members who have medical memberships with Discovery. We assist them with claims, financial queries and day to day queries on any other changes on their policies. We are lead by great people. But sometimes due to influx of calls we work long hours. Nothing that we can not handle but it does require dedicated staff.

Good learning curve
My day is basically filled with a lot of calls from providers, brokers with regards to chronic, Oncology and HIV queries. On the regular I have to assist providers with lengthy queries, as we have to investigate the situation. My relationship with my co-workers is good as we help each other where we can. Most challenging, is doing additional work, when we are so busy on some days, but we get it done.

Great learning curve
The company is a great way to learn to adapt with work and balance. Its easy to learn people skills and we learn to work together as it is the best way to get confirmation and knowledge.

Everyday was a learning curve for me
Very good invironment, friendly staff. I have ax quired many skills as well as knowledge within the insurance industry. I am able to prioritise and always give prompt feedback to clients. I enjoyed resolving queries and willing to assist my team members. I believe in a job well done.

Great eniroment and expirience
It is a great company to work for ,and has assisted a lot of people with no experience but I want to grow .I have been in the call centre and administration for too long .It is a medical aid company and does administration.
