Pros: have targets on a daily basis, where it accumulates towards a MTD at each month end, error rates are determined by quality and quantity of work produced. I have been consistent in reaching targets and exceeding them

Life at Discovery Health
Each day has its set out tasks to complete and that how i structure it Mondays daily performance reports reports and adhoc changes to schedules ,optimizations Tuesdays Forecasting and daily optimizations look-ahead adjustments,previous day performance analysis Wednesdays Scheduling for week ahead ,previous day performance analysis Thursday publishing of schedules any adhoc analysis,headcount,costings,waste analysis,process mapping and automation. Fridays ,leave quotas for the two week ahead ,look-ahead for the upcoming week and contingency meetings with business units
Pros: Stable and successful organization
Cons: grown opportunities for internal staff are not always consistent its always clouded by unfair practices

Gained much needed experience, skills and confidence to carry any given tasks
I believed in planning my day according to priorities of my role and duties. I always maintain a good relations with my colleagues for the smooth team spirit and togetherness. This give one a gift of accepting each person as they are and respect them for who they are and stand for. I have learned not to Judge others but raise my opinion in a manner that does not offend or threaten others. I really enjoy working in a peaceful, free environment, where one is allowed to be who you are, i love spending time with my family especially my kids, also enjoy company of people a learn general life lessens. Having to work with ineffective processes that delays the effectiveness of the office proceedings is the most challenging aspect of the job and also working with not positive people who always see negative and not do anything to turn that situation into positive.
Pros: would like to learn and equip myself more in terms of experience in HR environment

Experimental Career move
As A credit controller I reconcile ban statements for the administrator , Discovery Health .The company is a debit order ad cash payment company , in terms of receiving money , with more than 1000 000 payers making payments on a daily basis. My job is to receipt the funds , split between relevant departments , and allocate as per matched daily bank statements. After that I need to release funds due to payers who have overpaid , and release amounts to relevant departments .
Pros: The company offers alot of training , computer and system nevigation , plus alot of references as i deal with alot of company payroll adminstarors.
Cons: Flexible management aproach .
