Pros: Good working environment, understanding team leader

Senior Account Manager
My day comprises of: Building and maintaining relationships with Doctors in Pretoria. My strength is to build strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction I have learnt to work hard, and also have fun whilst working. I'm very approachable and accessible

I have learnt a lot
Administration of medication orders. Solving queries. Eg: medication not delivered. Medication delivered to incorrect address and arranging that member gets meds as soon as possible. Paying of copayment using banking details. Calling drs rooms for script. Calling pharmacies for meds and gen subs and scripts. Working hand in hand together with our pharmacist assistance. I learnt that can just wirk harder even if you thought tgat you have gone over and above. With discovery you can do even more. I enjoy the people and energy most. The most challenging aspect is that communication is weak. The company allows you to give your opinion but not much change comes about to accommodate the employee.
Pros: The company makes you strong and wise for the next employer
Cons: The office is badly situated and salaries are not good

Learning Customers
I started working at Discovery on the 26th of August 2015. It has been a real adventure and amazing as this is my first job. I work with great people who make me feel as if I'm not at work, that's what makes me feel really happy and relaxed at work. I have learnt alot about customer service and giving a customer value for their money and treating them with outmost respect. Most challenging aspect about my job is makig sure that customers are happy.

Excellent learning opportunity
I enjoy working with my colleagues working as a team and also work alone is enjoyable too. I have learnt how to save time while working so that more work can be done in less time. The most difficult part is being shouted at while you working, you start panicking you end up doing errors. We are like brothers and sisters with my colleagues they welcomed me with a warm welcome.

It is huge and a great company to work on. But I have learnt as much as I can and due to personal growth and out of the contact centre experience I need to move to.

Excellent exposure
I have been working at Discovery Health for the past 2years 6 months. I have mastered a skill I did not know I had. That has pushed me to a level that all I can think of is striving for more. I enjoy the fact that our work is based on team ethics. I enjoy having to assist and be assist when failing at something, and end up doing the best.

Office manager
Discovery is an awesome company to work for. A typical work day is coming in the morning,have coffee with fellow colleagues then start my work day. I interact with all members in my department. I have learnt to deal with various people with very different personalities very well. I've learnt that respect demands respect. I respect my colleagues and they respect me.

Great learning environment
Learnt to always put my best foot forward and to work well in a fast paced environment. The opportunities for a promotion are minimal. Great place to build a great work ethic because you work on multiple projects all at once.
