Excellent working environment
The working environment was excellent as well as the colleague we work as a team , we help each other it was fun and challenging at the same time . We were being rewarded for our performance in a quarter

My working environment was the best. A lot to learn and produce good resusts at the end of the day. I was doing Discovery products which is Discovery Invest, Discovery Insure, Discovery Life and medical aid as well as Vitality. I had to know each and every products, and do all after sale and help with retention.working
Pros: Learning a lot of skills which become part of life. Training about all Discovery products

The company is great but no proper management structure, sulting in an unpleasant environment.
The company is great , people are always helpful and has a good learning environment, conducive for experience. The management is not well organized as the managers tend to have different views instead of of harmonious perceptions.

Office manager
Discovery is an awesome company to work for. A typical work day is coming in the morning,have coffee with fellow colleagues then start my work day. I interact with all members in my department. I have learnt to deal with various people with very different personalities very well. I've learnt that respect demands respect. I respect my colleagues and they respect me.
