Excellent learning curve
we were a team,good communication skills,gain experience,socialise, i was working normal days from monday-friday which i did enjoy,i learnt how to migrate or export data from disk to server,learnt how to use exporting tolls and how they work,i learnt how the organisation operate,their culture, friendly supportive people.i had enjoy working with senior people and working as group,enjoed their friendly,guiding management.the challenging aspect was to be working fast and foecus.The job made me to grow and look things in different perspective.I learnt being focus,hard worker,dedication.I lerant how to socialise and work and deal with many people.in learnt how I can achieve my goals through dedication and aim higher.Being wise and mature.

Im willing to expand my knowledge in planning out of the call centre
my typical work day should be productive in ensuring that i meet my service leves of the day.keep my working relationship with my co-workers open. ive learned that i need to maintain a good relationship whether working in a team or as an individual.i enjoy playing around with ideas,convincing everyone around with facts and learn more from others

Excellent learning curve
When I started at Dimension Data, I had very little knowledge of SAP, I have learnt a lot, as well as I am the Administrator of the SAP Enable Now tool. This tool is used to capture all training material. I capture, edit etc all Training material, support the SAP Enable Now support box. I have a really good relationship with my immediate co-workers and SAP consultants. The most challenging part of my job is the monthly releases mainly because I am relying on the SAP consultants
Pros: A lot more can be learnt
Cons: A lot of after hours meetings with America, Australia, Asia etc because of time zones.

I am a Senior Project Manager with more that 15 years experience Nationally and Internationally.
My role ate Dimension Data includes Scrum master for three scrums which require me to be a servant leader and coaches for an Agile Team. I help educate the team in Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), Kanban, and SAFe, ensuring that the agreed Agile process is being followed. I also help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement. My role is to provide high level Statistics, Analytics and Reporting to the Executive team for GIS. I also manage the EIP (Enterprise Information Platform) program to replace the current SQL platform with SAP Hanna. My other project I manage is the Cross Functional reporting project - centralization of reporting and also creating a global reporting HUB.
Pros: The EIP and BI environments are very interesting I learned a lot from my teams regarding Enterprise Information Management.
Cons: I have reached the sealing for my current role. I am currently working 14 hours a day which is not sustainable

Very Good exposure
I am a highly motivated individual with unlimited capabilities to grow within any given ICT environment. My interests within the Organization are solely based on Support. I have unsurpassed passion for technical support and other ICT related client support services. I am someone with unquestioned belief in my abilities to achieve whatever I set my mind to, and have the tenacity and strength to succeed no matter any circumstance.I enjoy technical challenges and while under the organizations employment will take the initiative to engage myself with the organization's objectives, further my technical kills, grow and develop within the Organization. I also have management skills and can handle pressure effectively. As a team player I believe in sharing advice and information to get work done collectively and in empowering each other in a team. hearing from you.

I am a young girl eager to learn and very much passionate about IT, i am currently working as a service desk analyst at dimension data but i am in need of finally putting my information technology diploma into use, I love challenges and enjoy solving problems, I am a team player and highly believe in supporting each other as a team to grow the company.
