I have grown so much and learnt a lot in the years i've been here
I am a Usage Billing Analyst in the Finance team, effective 01 May 2018. As part of a dynamic team required to ensure that usage billing is processed within the requisite time lines for all relevant product sets across the Organisation. This entails an intimate understanding of all related billing systems and how usage is generated and reported upon, as well as related client contracts. I joined the company in 2005 as a Legal Credit Controller, later joined the billing team as a Billing Analyst. After 2 years I progressed and joined the Business units as a Provisioning & Financial Controller for all Broadband product. This role exposed me to product management and the technical side of the BU and got elevated over years to Overseeing the revenue & costs and financial reporting of the product as an Accountant, managing the day-to-day encounters that occur with the Broadband Business Unit.

ICT and Telecommunications.The section I'm working in is Network Infrastructure.
Because the environmrnt or the industry is technology I enjoy it as things change ,you learn new technology.There's lots of research to be done on the equipment you work with.I'm talking of IPv6(which is not yet fully deployed),Metro Fibre to small things such as firmware update. Colleagues are always great and very helpful in case you get stuck with what you were doing. As a hands-on and technical person that I am,I always enjoyed the trips to client sites and the professional manner in which you liase with clients.

I have the ability to take on a challenging position where I can add value and contribute to the company. My objective is to establish myself in a dynamic environment. I am an enthusiastic, well-organized and self-motivated individual with a high level of professionalism, maintaining personal awareness of company policies so as to effectively represent the company standpoint to individual support employees and project teams. I have the ability to be creative and successful in whatever I do. I strongly believe in providing an excellent client service all round to promote the image of the company. I am an accurate and analytical Accountant who is a result and deadline oriented professional. I have high personal integrity and ability to relate and create trust in all. I have 15 years uninterrupted experience in Finance grooming from grassroots levels through to senior financial accountant. These years of experience have equipped me with multitude extensive skills in; management accounts, statutory duties and cash management. Accordingly my leadership qualities have proven to create a hands-on, aggressive go-getter! Good company to work for.
Dimension data is good company to work for. I have been employed with them for 4 years now and I have enjoyed my experience thus far. The people are great, good management. The only aspect I am not happy with at Dimension Data is the constant restricting they do which is not always optimal for personal career growth.
