Very Good exposure
I am a highly motivated individual with unlimited capabilities to grow within any given ICT environment. My interests within the Organization are solely based on Support. I have unsurpassed passion for technical support and other ICT related client support services. I am someone with unquestioned belief in my abilities to achieve whatever I set my mind to, and have the tenacity and strength to succeed no matter any circumstance.I enjoy technical challenges and while under the organizations employment will take the initiative to engage myself with the organization's objectives, further my technical kills, grow and develop within the Organization. I also have management skills and can handle pressure effectively. It was a good period and I have grown a lot
At the company I did learn and became a better technician but there was a lack to assist me in pushing through to the next level of my career. I felt that I could have had a longer period with the company if there was more interest into my development. The benefits were good and I was happy with that aspect. My teammates were really good there was a healthy team environment and overall a good experience to work there. I mostly enjoyed learning new technologies and how they all come together to create what we call the IT world. The most challenging was getting the time to actually focus on moving over to the next step of my career as there wasn't much time given to peruse studies.
Pros: Great company to work for, good benefits and a healthy environment.
Cons: Opportunities to improve but not much time given to persue next step in career.

Good Day I’m currently employed by Dimension Data as an IT Support Technician and have been in this field for more than 10 years, during this period I have worked on numerous projects as project administrator and on some as a project coordinator and have noticed that my real passion is in projects, and have taken the decision to study and qualify as a Project Manager with the Durban university of Technology. I would best describe myself as a hardworking, motivated, goal driven person, capable of working with little or no supervision, able to work under pressure and also able to work well with people from different race groups. Good learning curve with exposure to hybrid IT, transformation and digital interruption.
I perform a Project Manager Lead in the Customer Experience and Collaboration business unit, responsible for ensuring that adequate capability exists within the project environment and that all projects are executed according to client expectations. I have formed a strong relationship with my team and my key focus is people leadership and being present on the floor. I have learnt that if you treat your team as humans, the success factor comes naturally. I enjoy working with my team and collaborating to achieve goals and resolve challenges. The most challenging aspect of my job is the slow agility to market change and client demands with internal manual processes that hinder delivery and client satisfaction.
Pros: Good exposure to digital disruption and the exponential rate of change that forces transformation.
Cons: Manual processes that could be automated with the removal of extensive paperwork.

Good learning enviroment
Desktop support Team leader. As Team leader i have to achive SLA And customer satisfaction is tge way to go. With incedent, request and problem management process in place a 99% SLA is achievable.

basically my typical work day is to maintain server, to make sure that everything runs accordingly for the clients. i have a good work ethic with my co-workers i have learned a lot when it comes to server support as it was something i have passion in. i enjoy all the different type of problem that i encounter and have to resolve on daily basis. the most challenging aspects is encountering different problems that i have to resolve

Constant Growth
I have learnt and grown tremendously at my current company. i have build many relationships and have developed a name for myself at the company that i work for. I earned the respect of others (management, peers and subordinates who report into me). I love working with people and motivating people to achieve everything that they can. I have also dealt with difficult clients and managed to win them over. I have built numerous relationships at my current company such as those with clients, management, executive level management at the client and at DD, peers, etc.
Pros: Tremendous Growth
Cons: i feel like i'm repeating a cycle of dealing with difficult clients for my company and achieving client satisfaction
