Working at my company has been great as we get along well.
As soon as we get in the office we check the monitoring syestem to see whether all routers are online.Then we go through emails and deal with them accordingly.My co workers and I get along just fine we like a family we tend to have team buildings alot in my department .Ive learnt to work with core routers and the mpls network as i was at metroconnect.Most challenging is troubleshooting

Experience gained
Good day Hope you are well? A typical work day would be me arriving early ensuring all systems are running smoothly at various sites,whether it be on-site or remotely. Relationships with co-workers was good as they trusted that they could call me at anytime to assist with any issues they would be facing. I've learnt that teamwork is of utmost importance to ensure the productivity of the business and also to nurture a healthy work environment which contributes to a successful business. I have been entrenched so I am available immediately
II air am available immediately. I have been retrenched. I was and felt stagnant in the company. No growth. They promise opportunities but do not give any. I was overlooked but expected to perform,nad I did.

Great setup and work ethics
Company is amazing.great people.Great work ethic.Fair practice and a pleasure to be part of the Dimension Data Team. On a normal day, ther there is room for growt. Management is fair and balanced. Easy to be effective in such a balanced environment.
