In my current job i work in hights and i have N5 eletronics
Maintain communication cable systems by installing, repairing and up grading cable infrastructure. Perform major and minor preventive maintenance and repairs by troubleshooting cabling system issues. Making sure that the clients problem is resolved and with in the SLA (service level agreements) Perform user support functions and supplemented project work during appointed shifts. And to have good understanding and communication with the client

Logistic Administrator
I have worked for company Dimension Data for 10 years being Logistics Admin, Reception/ coordinator. I've gain more experience towards them, also taught me the important of clients loyalty, I've learn a lot regarding handling internal clients, talking to them, allocating orders into our tracking tool, updating orders on SAP and assisting for arranging deliveries . Also I experience dealing with return orders RMA’s. As a young lady I still want to know more about business sector. Excellent team work
Relationships with coworkers are awesome. Relationship with the clients are even better. I love what I do more than anything else in the world. Dimension Data is a great company with great benefits. They seek what is best for their employees as well as the client. At Dimension data we believe and strive for excellence.

Great company for career growth
The company is very 'grown up', staff are treated as if everyone is on the same level, no position is made to be better than the other - equality. Great team work within the departments. Employees are able to work from home at least once a week to assist with the normal daily stress of traffic, petrol, maintenance, etc. Sadly being an IT company I find meetings are done via teleconference rather than face to face, personally I find this a little harder to build relationships with clients, I do however see the pros with teleconference... ensuring availability, cost and so forth. Company offers good promotion opportunities, always growing their people.
