Excellent learning curve
we were a team,good communication skills,gain experience,socialise, i was working normal days from monday-friday which i did enjoy,i learnt how to migrate or export data from disk to server,learnt how to use exporting tolls and how they work,i learnt how the organisation operate,their culture, friendly supportive people.i had enjoy working with senior people and working as group,enjoed their friendly,guiding management.the challenging aspect was to be working fast and foecus.The job made me to grow and look things in different perspective.I learnt being focus,hard worker,dedication.I lerant how to socialise and work and deal with many people.in learnt how I can achieve my goals through dedication and aim higher.Being wise and mature.

Excellent learning curve
I have enjoyed the last 17 years at the company in question but due to change in Management and working conditions employees are not happy and too many grey arrears which makes work ethics questionable. I have had a good relationship with my co workers .

Excellent team work
Relationships with coworkers are awesome. Relationship with the clients are even better. I love what I do more than anything else in the world. Dimension Data is a great company with great benefits. to have good understanding and communication with the client. Perform user support functions and supplemented project work during appointed shifts. Maintain communication cable systems by installing, repairing and up grading cable infrastructure.

May daily task start with reports Then I started logging calls and assign it to the correct engineer to attend to. I follow up on customer quires. Give feedback to customers I have learned to multi task Done my ITIL I have good admin skills I love giving the customers the service he need
