Vast experience gainwd

I am currently working as a client liaison officer for bidvest panalpina Logistics. My main focus is in resolving customer queries,accounting for all inventory records on site.Updating daily reports and ensure invoicing is correctly processed monthly. I also oversee two Client liaison coordinators.,I supervise the work and check their documents on a weekly basis.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn about warehousing and exports.
Cons: Not much room for growth

Fast learner, career minded, goal driven, hard worker

st of the shipments we were handling were all FCA. I havery a great relationship with my colleagues and superiors because they are the people that groomed me to collect knowledge that I have in imports clearance and warehousing.I almost seeking a new challenge in my career because I still want to collect more knowledge and experience to boast

I have 2 years work experience in the sales and promotions industry.2 years’ experience people management leading a team of 21, And 3 year in Supply chain (warehousing). I’m a strong individual with leadership and relationship building skills. I enjoy working under pressure. I’m flexible, energetic, disciplined, focused, effective and efficient. fast learner and extremely reliable. Great to kick-start your logistics career

There is no growth in BPL. I wont recommend and only way to get promoted if a person left which is seldom. If you want benefits and a good salary you need to seek employment outside BPL. The management saw the staff as a number and didn't interact with them.There was no value for the staff.

No communication

No communication between management and employee's. Poor decision making from top management.No room for growth.Racism still exist. Different groups are treated differently then others.No work ethics.Company values not adhered to especially by top management.

Experience the legacy programme of Windows.I have been working at EMPLOYERS full-time (Less than a year) Pros Family owned business aimed at great customer service experiences and employee satisfaction. Genuinely care about their employees. Cons Growing company that needs to improve processes to increase efficiency and productivity while implementing cost savings measures. Advice to Management Monthly, bi_monthly or quarterly employee meetings. Too.i bring awareness of company financial status and new growth. Team meetings aimed towards process improvements

Excellent working environment

I work shifts of which I enjoy because it gives me time to relax and refresh my mind. I get along with every employee despite of gender and religion. I have learnt to work independently in a male dominant sector. I enjoy every moment with my current job, I work mostly with men, of which they treat me with respect. I am always given a chance to be the first person to give my concern.

Excellent stepping stone

its a nice company to work for but the salary is always a problem. it gives nice opportunities to unemployed youth through leanership program which help alot of people who are coming from different background
