Need for more exposure to other industries
BPL exposed me to management level. I started off a a salaries clerk and wiped my way up to management level. I was also given the opportunity to study towards a Bcom degree. With my qualification almost completed,there came a need to expose my knowledge to other industries.
Pros: Great working enviroment
Cons: Reach my ceiling level in the company. No room for growth.

Be a team leader
Working days was 5 days unless the is over time We have difficult relationship with my company I learn a lot because it was my first job in this industry Over time To master one thing for the period or 3 weeks

Hard working with good relationship with colleagues, superiors and clients.
being in the workplace at BPL specifically , I work very close with colleagues and superiors. I have learned to be in a team and work together. my views are always respected and considered whenever its suitable. im a hard worker and always willing to help my fellow colleagues. i have a very good relationship with my clients whereby they sometimes call to check up on me and me doing the same to them. we appreciate that relationship a lot because it help us to know each other more and i believe that influence company growth.
Pros: your views are always respected and tested when suitable. being able to sit down with superious and discuss every day work and know how to deal with challenges.

Learning curve, Dinamic enviroment where preasure is on.
Booking in Raw Material and Finished stock Receiving and processing (Orders) for deliveries/collections from clients Issuing and processing Raw Materials to Production Ensure all orders are picked for dispatch by close of business Investigate and handle customer complaints discrepancies and damages in a timeous and efficient manner Manage PODs on a daily basis. Plan and arrange distribution with BPL transport Conducting and reconciling cycle counts for finished and raw materials warehouse Adjusting Stock on SAP and Cargowise where necessary Stock reconciliation reports and Root Cause Analysis Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules and expedite workflow. Implement improvement processes and systems to reduce inventory LEAN Compiling Sending KPI reports to the Facility Manager, General Manager as well as the clients Sending monthly billing to the Finance manager and Facility manager

Fair
I feel I'm being under paid and promotions are unlikely but I'm here to learn and take experience someelse Cause I'm not planning to stay that long,my target time to spent is less than a year
