studied a lot management always pushing staff to educate themselves relationship with co-workers excellent don't like slackers though I enjoy the challenges everyday most challenging would be multi tasking which I would say is the best because when I get paid at the end of the month I want to feel that I deserved that money

Dear Sir/Madam Am a type of candidate who has the ability to develop and assist with the execution of certain key responsibilities and manage deadlines on a daily basis, also a responsible hard-worker with a Ten year proven experience in Corporate and Consumer credit, Reconciliation and allocation on large accounts and MS Excel, also have Interpersonal skills, Negotiation skills and excellent communication and written skills. Great learning curve
It used to be a fun place, but as times changes things are getting difficult daily. with many people leaving the company a lot of work is becoming too much. My relationship with co-workers is good but some times its just too much. i have learnt everything i know about the freight industry from this company and the people. I enjoy the challenges within the export department and I am willing to learn more, the most challenging aspect are when there is too many shipment and there is inspections required which might delay and frustrate the client.
Pros: Big company to work for
Cons: Not too many opportunities for an up and coming generation

Excellent learning curve
Very good exposure especially on the training side as I've been doing a lot duties alone for quiet sometime including duties for my line managmanager who wasn't appointed for quiet sometime, hence I did gain a lot experiance.
Pros: Very good exposure in terms of being promoted elsewhere
Cons: Overworked because of short staffing or takes very long to replace someone

Procedures, customers and co-workers
My daily routine starts off by clocking in at 07:00 AM. Having a meeting with my controllers, administrators, operators and drivers. We plan our day and set objectives. I often do training with my co-workers in order to improve their productivity and make them aware of the ever changing environment. My clients often audit my 3 x warehouses for compliance and stock accuracy. I go on customer visits once a month which is what I enjoy most as then I get to spend a day in the BMW / Ford / Nissan vehicle factories. Most challenging is communication with my co-workers, but ultimately with my direct manager. My manger is rarely understanding and follows his own way of doing things. In a procedure driven environment, I am conditioned to follow procedures, but my manager often deviates from procedures - I think it's his "old school approach" to doing things, or get things done.
Pros: Continued training and development, national opportunities and international opportunities.
Cons: Inexperienced staff, limited growth opportunities, low level of education in Management staff.

Great experience
I’m currently employed by Bidvest Panalpina Logics as Support Engineer where I work as a Desktop Engineer. Prior to this I’ve worked as a Service Desk Agent where I logged calls on our Service Desk Tool, and also follow up with SLA’s for all the tickets that are logged as well as following up on all tickets that has breached the SLA. Certificates that I currently possess are: . ITIL v3 Foundation . A+ and N+ . Currently pursuing MCSA SQL Server 2012 certificate . Also in pursuit of a Bcom in Informatics through UNISA I am a diligent person, self motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills individual that enjoys challenges.
