I would love a challenge, growth in my carreer
its realy hectic here where I am at now @ freight desk but I love working under pressssure. We get involved with all the role players in the imports side, seamless motion of supply chain. Health & safety is an important factor in the workplace so I take care of all employees Hygiene health risk as the SHE co- ordinator. I love then challenges my job throws @ me not just stagnant.

Poor company to work for
Tough company to work for. Not fair on staff in the sense of equality. Either part of the click or just a number. No sense of rights, or regard for families. Their way or the highway. Poorly treated staff and lots of inter company politics.
Pros: Great remuneration once you reach Management
Cons: Over time required without notice.

I am fast learner,manage time and good lessoner
I work Monday to Friday and I have learner many things at BPL which include admin clerk, assistant controller, receiver, packer, picker and dispatch. the most work I enjoy it was warehouse work. the challenging it was one when we need to uploading 3 truck and load 5 truck by lunch time it was hard because we never going to lunch that day it when that I realize that I am hard work. my name is Obakeng Isaac Ntoangoe I have 29 years

Adapt quick to new task and learn fast

Fast learner, dedicated
i work monday to friday 8h00 to 16h00. together as team we can go forwarder working as team. i started learner admin clerk we by i updating file capturing on system scanning and filling. after i become receiver to warehouse we we scan case weighting capture the dimensions then take to binning side we we scanning to the bin side until it released then we picker to dispatch side to scanning to their destination the loading on truck. also i learner assistant controller were we register the file, pre-reg, scanning to edocs deliver to entries to the customs

Learnt and still learning alot great and excellent assistance from top management
studied a lot management always pushing staff to educate themselves relationship with co-workers excellent don't like slackers though I enjoy the challenges everyday most challenging would be multi tasking which I would say is the best because when I get paid at the end of the month I want to feel that I deserved that money
