Quick ideas and innovation.
The company i would like to be employed must have growth and development. Employees should play a key role in the business and be rewarded for innovation and merit. The current comany I am employed at is overseeing the GL Team and ensuring that capture and accounting entries are accurate and precise. Involved in audits, meetings, budgets, presentation to the board. I am a sociable individual but very deadlne driven, as my subordinates know when it comes to work. I have a passion to help employees and show them innovative and simpler way of doing stuff. I learnt to deal with difficult employees as I give clear thought given to a situation, understanding the employees as well as evaluate the situation and derive to the best solution that would work for both the company and the employee.

I am a hard working lady who is eager to learn and enjoy what im doing, I have learn a lot on the freight industries,how the company do the forwarding on the cargo from origin to the final destination.i have learn about the incoterms on the shipments. My relationships with my co-workers is excellent as we work as a team.

Great working environment
This company pushes employees to learn so we always on workshops and short courses. from the first of the month to the 15th are the most busiest times for me as I have a lot of reports, and not just reports for the branch but reports at a National level which are received by clients so my accuracy is very important. The mind end procedures of reconciling the invoices to the statements doing your age analysis, getting the approvals and making the payments has become very easy to me as I started doing it as a creditors clerk. Now I mostly check on my team on how they are doing and guide them, help them resolve queries. I now focus only mainly the big accounts such as customs(SARS) and insurance among a few. My payments alone amount to over R500 million so when I combine this with my teams payments its way above R500 million. I'm learning a lot with customs (SARS) as the are many regulations with different shipments that we do I enjoy it a lot.

Cons: Once you a controller its almost the cieling as there are only a few managers.

I have over eight years experience of collecting outstanding debt from accounts in a professional manner, and in accordance with a company’s policies, procedures and targets. I come to you with proven success stories from previous and current roles, and an absolute ability to improve your customer accounts and drive your business forward. At present I am a Credit Controller with Bidvest Panalpina Logistics in Isando (South Africa), and primarily involved in chasing up overdue payments, resolving credit control issues and developing relationships in order to reduce client debt. Other than that, I am also in charge of account reconciliations and adjustments, arranging payments plans, dealing with queries, updating records and making client and payroll calls.
