BCX summary
A typical work day is very slow, the WiFi doesn't work properly and the laptops you are given, is either very old or broken. Relationship with co-workers are fine. Everything thing you learn you do by yourself as nobody has time for you. The most enjoyable thing there is free drinks on special occasions. The most challenging part of the job is working with a slow laptop and waiting three months for everybody before anything ever gets done
Pros: Great for lazing around.

Everyday new things are learned
What i enjoy most at work is we help each other when ever help is needed . Never challenges are meet . Working under a friendly environment . Customers are friendly all times .I have learnt that if you come across a problem .don't be afraid to ask .They is no master of everything ,u need to ask and be sure as for next time you will know . The best part about I.T is you learn everyday as new things are implemented .

Very dynamic group of people to work with and for
Its a very redundant space and environment Great people Management not so great Very little to no space for growth Its a great company with its issues like any other but it a few things could change such as inclusion in decisions made or at least insight into improvements The people in the company are amazing individuals that are willing to assist with any problems one might have be it personal or work.

Learning new skills daily
Tough being an onsite service manager, but very rewarding in seeing a happy customer and never having a dull day. Learning the bank industry and ensuring the client is always online with service 24/7 is very tough . Great work culture

I appreciate that I have a job, but the stressful situations of mergers, acquisitions, retrenchments and politics are not easy to deal with year in and out.

Excellent learning curve
It’s a very challenging type of work, but I’m growing and learning a lot from it. Team work is crucial in there, team goals are well articulated by their deadlines, and should be always communicated accordingly.

Competence
A good team player who thrives on engaging business solutions, is deadline orientated and has the ability to produce detailed technical specifications from client requirements. A quick learner who can absorb new ideas and can communicate clearly and effectively. Currently looking for an opportunity to join a dynamic, ambitious, business unit and do my best in work the environment.

Time Management
I had been accountable for the store in implementing Network and Computers and I was out of time. I have worked under pressure for a number of times. I also apply critical thinking skills, in taking big decisions.
