I have a very busy full workday, which I prefer. I work from 7-4. I start my day with expiditing whereafter I handle my emails and do all my orders and queries. I enjoy my co-workers and they do put a smile on my face and they also sometimes put tears in your eyes. I have learnt so much in the 23 years I am working here. I started on the switchboard and worked myself up as very good buyer. My biggest challenge is to not make mistakes as we all do make mistakes. So to work faultless is a goal but not always possible. My motto in life is to do what my hands find to do and do it well.

Great start
im currently doing OS server support for 03,08,12,12r2 and 16 including all hardware support of different vendors ibm, hp, dell, hitachi,configurations of new deployed server and maintenance from os perspective physicals and VM's.server prep and software patches ensure all services are up and running at a regular basis with clients specifications.doing 8 hours everyday and standby once or twice a month depending how critical bussiness is that specific month.mcse 2012 r2 private cloud qualified cisco ccna 1-4 completed diploma information technology. commit and submit to what i do and always ensure i deliver quality deliverable in what i put my effort into

Make ends Meet
The company is a good Place to start your career but can be a Problem if you are aiming for a Promotion, I find things are not fully under HR monitoring, Under utilisation of skillful people and somewhere some how I feel there is Nepotism included, Lower level employees do not have a Say at all but portrayed as if they do.

Due to new technologies and new products,we learn everyday and new processes
The departmet is highly stressful and you have to prioritise your work accordingly. We all work in a team and share responsibilities.Everyone pulls with each other and enjoy each other's company. There are many challanges and and backlogs.We work overtime to try and reduce the work and try and satisfy the customer.
Pros: Learn everyday-There are challanges and it is a great feeling to have a happy customer
Cons: Backlog issues in current job-delays in feedback to customers.Handling escalations everyday.

I have learned a lot regarding corporate way of doing things.
Typical work day - Monitor the systems that we have SLA agreements with. Do necessary correspondence and follow up on outstanding issues. Handle calls that may arise regarding SLA agreements. Continue with design or configuration work. Relationship with co-workers - I have a good relationship with most people, act as mentor for the junior staff. What have I learnt - Increased my PLC skills. What I enjoy most - Able to work flexi time. Most challanging aspects - Procurement processes and corporate red tape.
Pros: Need to skill myself more in PLC and design field.
Cons: 0% salary increase and MPC's that has no effect on remuneration.

Practical examination
I'm a professional individual who is empirical to all pedagogue and aspect of networking and its practice. I prefer working in a practical environment where I can extend my experience and learn new challenges until qualifying for Cisco CCNA yet I'm a game player and I enjoy team work.

Exciting and great experience
I worked in a support environment, which means that everyday is filled with its new and different challenges, it is my responsibility to make sure our clients/customers experience of our software is flawless and that should they encounter any issues we resolve it ASAP. My team(family) is one of the best within the company and we had very close relationship in terms of work and social relations. We assist each other and honestly never had a conflict that we could not resolve with a few minute. I learned a lot from this job and my teammates, customer services being at the forefront of it all. Teamwork is also very vital in a business environment to ensure growth. I actually enjoyed the challenges that came with the job because they just make succeeding much more "awesome".
